yes they are expensive... and the malls in Manila aren't pram/stroller friendly pa. Puros stairs, hardly any ramps... yung lifts, laging puno ng mga tao parang mas ok to babywear nga in Pinas

Update: we we're surprised with a stroller as a gift which means we have two na because we bought the Aprica a couple of weeks ago. Sayang!!! Although this stroller is the jogger type which is good for a workout daw. Will use nalang in parks and open spaces like BGC for strolling around. It also comes with a matching car seat. The gift hasn't arrived because it was shipped from the US. Another option though is to sell it and just use the cash for something else. Eg. Breastpump!

Yes sis suggest to wait muna if too early pa naman. Baka may mag gift pa sayo. Ako nga medyo late narin bumili at 34 weeks.

I got a babyzen yoyo as a travel stroller and super easy to maneuver compared to my mamas and papas urbo 2. Kaso kahit compact ang fold niya, medyo mabigat parin, i mean like 6kg. I was wishing it would be as light as the apricas.

Yung pockit kaya? Kaso pockit doesnt recline diba?

We have a Maclaren TechnoXLR right now, but it's a hand-me-down from my brother (used by his 2 kids) kaya may signs of usage na. Planning to buy a stroller along that price and quality range. Sulit pa rin ba kung Maclaren or may mas maiirerecommend kayo, mommies?

My friend recommended Aprica strollers. I'm 26 weeks now, wala pa nabibili or nawiwindow shop sa mall. Kaka lift lang kasi ng bed rest ko, for a month, last week and ayoko naman biglain. I couldn't find it in Amazon as well.

Any feedback? Who is the distributor in the Philippines. Meron ba yun sa Rustans?

Vain_kixie, 14k ang srp ni Rustan's sa pockit. Hindi narerecline. 4.6kgs lang. We got it mejo half the price sa japan. Maganda pa colors, dito kasi black lang.

Think of your lifestyle and how you see yourself using the stroller. I decided against the Maclaren's at first because I didn't like how low the baby sits and the fact that the wheels rest against the canopy when folded.

BUT, I eventually got the Maclaren Volo, the lightest stroller they have for traveling

Naghahanap pa din kami ng stroller na okay. My sister handed me down his son's Maclaren and it's still in mint condition and very sturdy naman pero nalalakihan at nabibigatan ako. Hehe. Tiningnan din namin yung Graco kaso parang flimsy yung body. Di pa kami makapagdecide kung anong gagamiting namin.

We have two strollers na, one we got from my SIL, the other one has was a gift for christmas from our ninang. Pwedeng rocker and carseat din sila.
 But i wanted the jogger type stroller sana. Ano bang okay na brand?

After months of research and testing different strollers, we finally bought the Mamas and Papas Armadillo Flip. Easy to maneuver, suitable for many types of terrain (perfect for taking the baby to the park, mall, garden, etc). Not too compact but not too bulky either. A bit heavy at 20lbs pero pwede na. It's also compatible with Chicco Key Fit 30, which is the car seat we're eyeing. We got the teal color for our baby girl. Love the aesthetics of the whole stroller. It looks nice without being too attention grabbing.

---ayaw ng husband ko magspend kami ng malaki sa stroller since may car naman lagi. siguro magagamit namin to pag old enough na siya para dalhin sa mall pero medyo mabigat na i-babywear. we are not planning to travel by air before the child is old enough to appreciate/remember vacations. mas gusto namin siya isama magtravel pag conscious na siya sa paligid. siguro land travel lang muna kung sakali.

^I bought a carrier too, aside from stroller. Ang isang problem ko with carrier, ang init. For me ha. We got a Baby K'tan Breeze and mainit pa rin. Especially with the weather these days.  Well not as warm as the others I guess. If sa mall lang ang lakad, pwede naman na. Also, isa ring advantage ng stroller is there's room for all the bags para di nakakangawit. The Mamas and Papas has a nice storage area underneath. Kasyang kasya our diaper bag. But I guess depends talaga on your lifestyle and preference. Kami having both a stroller and a carrier works just fine.

But my friends strongly recommend Aprica. It's so lightweight daw.

We're currently using Aprica Karoon. We bought it when our son was 6 months old and he's turning 3 next month we still use it often. We super love it!! it's light weight, easy to fold and matibay. Easy to travel with pa, we brought it along to many trips na. We always tell our friends to buy that stroller kasi happy talaga kami.

Giving birth next month and we decided to get another Aprica for our baby number 2. We just bought it this morning (in baby company, SM aura coz it's on sale) but this time we got Luxuna. it's a bit heavier than the karoon but it has a bigger basket under (small lang kasi sa Karoon) plus the shade is longer/wider as well.. yun lang yung 2 complaints ko sa karoon eh hope that helps!
