Khriseeeeee find it too bulky. But i love the recline and esp the look. Hubby doesnt wanna let go of it. He doesnt mind the weight. I guess its just not meant for travelling. I prolly just need a travel stroller together with the urbo2.

^Yea you may want to consider keeping it for mall use, the padding is so lush and comfortable! I realized that my Peg Perego Si had pretty non-existent padding :\

And it's pretty common to have another stroller for travel, I got a Maclaren Volo from the baby fair earlier this year at 50% off. It's their most basic model, 8 lbs and has a built in strap so you can carry it on your shoulder. I got it specifically for travel so my toddler and infant son can both use it alternatively. Not much basket space though but oh well, that's what you compromise for lightweight! Knowing my husband, he won't want to look for elevators for the stroller and will insist on using stairs or the escalator.

My baby's stroller is from Baby 1st, mura lang sya compared sa mga high-end brands. Though, wala syang kasamang car seat. We also have a car seat but hindi man nagagamit because ayaw ng baby ko sa car seat. I suggest also na bili din kayo ng baby carrier, if you want another option aside from stroller. My baby's carrier is from Infantino that we bought in US online.

We have 2. One is Chicco Trevi & Fisher Price Luv U Zoo. Got the latter from Cordlife when we purchased last May. Thinking of selling it na for very mura price because hindi namin magagamit. Even the Chicco mga 3x pa lang nagamit since giving birth last June.

We should have bought yung travel system para may carseat na.

My first was graco pero I read bad reviews about amputations in the US so sa takot ko my husband bought nalang aprica. Can't be avoided na madumihan or once nasukahan, hindi naman naluluma kahit nawawash siya. It's very comfortable for the baby, either yan lang naman or mc claren.

Has anyone tried buying a stroller abroad? How much shipping and custom charges inabot?

I like the one of Stokke pero looks pricey here in Manila.

^My cousin handcarried my stroller on his flight. He was charged 200$.

I bought a carseat and had it shipped via sea, it was $100. No customs charges. Check for the size of the box and get a quotation from one of the freight forwarders. The Stokke Xplory costs close to 80K locally at Mothercare.

^^ Sis Stokke is so nice looking pero hindi pasado sa asawa ko ang pagfold fold niya. Worth checking sis kung okay sa inyo yung may kahirapan i-fold at may kabigatan. Pero grabe ang ganda niya (at ang mahal!!!)

when we were in Manila, I didn't find the malls pram friendly... nahirapan kami akyat baba sa malls. Super rare ng ramps, lifts are either packed or too small for our pram to fit in. So hubby had to carry the pram nung nasa escalator kami.

How do you take the LRT/MRT with a pram? Gusto ko kasi ipa-experience sa daughter namin to paguwi namin

hubby says I'm crazy...

^^Stokke Xplory was my 1st choice for our 2nd bubs. But nakita ko Stokke Crusi and mas type ko sya. so we'll get this instead. They look very, very similar though!

Daughter has a Bugaboo Cameleon3 which I love. Maarte lang ako, I want to try another pram

Probably not a good idea to let your daughter experience MRT/ LRT. Siguro in HK or Singapore puede pa where everyone, regardless of status in life, pretty much takes the public transpo. Remember walang bigayan dito and uso ang chicken pox ngayon.

At 34 weeks now, finally decided on a stroller. We went with the Aprica Flyle stroller with the ff. considerations:
Budget - nothing over 20,000 pesos. Was advised that some babies do not like being in a stroller so if I spend too much on one baka sayang

Lightweight - easy to fold and load in and out of the car. Good for travel too

Japanese technology - the brochure we got had so many features listed on it

Design - loving the color combination

We bought Maclaren Techno XT as stroller no. 2 for our daughter since she is not using her Stokke Xplory that much anymore.. It is lighter and easier to store away that Stokke. We still love our Xplory though.

I recommend babywearing in first months of baby. Pero habang bumibigat we use stroller too. I used pockit stroller. Can fit in the cabin luggage and very light for travelling!

We're currently using Ashworthy H40. We've been using it for over a year now and I like that it kinda evolves as the baby grow older. However, I find it a little heavy??? So I'm thinking of getting another one, hopefully something lighter and travel-friendly. Mommies suggestion naman please

^planning to buy a Baby 1st Travel system. Gusto ko sana habulin yung sale. Pero mag 24 weeks pa lang ako, pinipigilan ako ng mom ko at ng husband ko mamili kasi too early pa daw.

We're using safety first umbrella type. Fully reclineable sys but not really for new born. We thought lang of buying it na rather than buying one for new born na usually mabigat and then buying again later on pag bigger na si baby.

In the first place hindi naman kami malakwatsa pa since maliit pa si baby. those times na umaalis kam nowi, i baby wear. Mas convenient.
