hello po! pwede po bang kasuhan kapag tinext ka ng puro panlalait at pagmumura.

may friend kasi ako, may nagtetext sa kanya na guy din. minumura sya saka kung ano anong panlalait sinasabi. hindi na lang sya nagrereply. sa pagseselos naman po nagsimula pero wala naman ginagawang masama friend ko.

Any person who utters slanderous remarks to someone may be held liable for defamation.

As far as I know, defamation as it is.  But there are problems that can be considered here.

- For Oral Defamation or Slander this cannot prosper on the grounds that it was not uttered orally, only thru Text messages
- For Written Defamation or Libel Still will not progress since it lacks the element of publication or making the message available to third person.

This is based on my understanding of the case, for better understanding or maybe for other case that can be filed, consult a Lawyer for this.  Since you are not 100% sure that the text message was really from the guy you are suspecting.  It might be other person using the same Cellphone and send that SMS Message.

better "terrorize the terrorist" kung gusto makaganti. how?
STEP 1:
bili ng new sim.
bili ng old phone na na-remata sa mga sanglaan.
never save any number sa new sim nor test your "personal" sim sa phone na binili.
i-register ng unli text/call

STEP 2:
compose a good message na puno ng pagmumura, panlalait, etc
send it sa number ng terrorist ng isang-libong beses araw-araw
tadtarin mo rin ng sunod-sunod/walang tigil na miskols

sige nga, kung ikaw ba naman makaka-receive ng 1,000 texts, ano ang gagawin mo?
magamit mo pa kaya ang cp mo kung ubos ang oras mo sa ka-dedelete ng messages?
hayaan mong hindi sagutin ang miscalls?... kung hindi sasabog ang battery o cp in 1 week na walang pahinga. 

mag 'delete all texts'? what if may pumasok na important texts sa yo?
what if may important calls na hindi mo nasagot?

tested and proven na yan. matagal na ang 1 week  bago mag decide ang salarin magpalit ng number.

eh di ganun pa rin gawin nya.
kung alam nya pa ang mga personal numbers ng mga KKK (kamag-anak, kaibigan at kaklase) ng "terrorista", tadtarin nya rin ng texts para sila na mismo ang mambugbog sa salarin.

wala kang maasahan sa anti-CyberCrime law o kahit humingi ka pa ng tulong sa NTC. kaya tama lang to fight fire with fire.

mukhang friend mo naman ang 'good guy' at ina-agrabyado eh, kaya tinuturo ko to.
