Sisses ALL battery operated gadgets aren't allowed. Including calculators, USB, mobile, power banks etc.
Gum, cologne spray hindi rin allowed. Please leave it in the car or at home if commuting.

I had my interview this morning and the only thing I showed is my DS160 and passport. nothing else was asked from me.

The only thing the consul asked me was why I was going, what my job/business is. Naintriga pa sya sa line ng business ko and nagpa kwento. Vain din si Mr Consul. Asked how much I was making. Asked a little about my family and where I was staying while in the US. It was just very quick.

I left with a big grin on my face!!!

Hi mga sis, may question lang ako, I'm a US Citizen already and my parents are green card holder,father ko umuwi na ng Pinas while mother ko nandito kasama ko. Question ko lang my sister and her fiancee gusto mag apply for a tourist visa to visit me here and my mom, kung sabay sila mag aaply, sabay din ba sila sa interview? I mean silang dalawa papasukin sa isang room together? wala sarili property sister ko, she's 25 yrs old, pero meron siya sarili income and small business on her own, yung fiancee naman niya is 27 yrs old, and they have a family business, properties and her parents nag travel kahit saan, yung brother in law niya is the son of Efren Bata Reyes (if this will help) the fiancee mom will fund the travel and other expences and i will help my sister for some other expenses, pero meron din naman sila sariling pera, do you guys think there is a chance na mabigyan sila ng visa? gusto lang nila mag travel together and visit us here. Thank you sissies

^I think hindi sila pwede magsabay sa isang window dahil hindi pa sila kasal. Pwede sila magsabay ng schedule pero magkaiba ng window sa interview. Lagay nalang nila sa application na sabay sila magtravel.

You can re-apply even to the next day sis. ( in reality basta may availability sa sched ng interview).

What were the questions asked? Pwede malaman ano daw reason for refusal.

Hi ladies!  Need advice on this...  Husband is canadian and I'm Filipino.  We got married in HK last year. Im still tamad to change status.  They're all planning a Canada-US trip.  Can I just apply as a single with  my current passport or must I change it first before applying?

As far as I know, you may apply as "married" using your current passport. Hindi naman required to change into your married name sa passport.

^^ I'm married but I still used my passport sis. Didn't change my name narin. Lagay mo lang that your married. They won't really question much about your status.

I'm already married, pwede pa din ba kaming sabay ng mother ko pag apply at sa sched ng interview? She's a senior citizen na kasi mag reretire from office this may, kaya sasamahan ko siya sa tour niya. Are we still considered as family?

Hello Mga Sis..I just wanna ask if meron ako sponsorship letter mas madali na kaya ang process. Im planning to visit my friend there and were praying to grant me a tourist visa pero sabi niya he can ask his Boss to send me a sponsorship letter actually planning to find a job na din naman dun. do i really need to have my own assets pa talaga?! tsaka one more question is im planning to leave next year like next may 2015. nagiisip ako if simulan ko na ba mag apply or mga after 6 months nalang. tapusin ko lang contract ko kasi.. hindi pa kasi fiance visa nalang haha!

Hindi nga pala ako sa pinas mag aasikaso so hopefully mas madali ba hehe..kinakabahan din ako sagutan yung DS160 eh.  im only 24 and im working wala pa ko properties of my own. kelangan ba talaga nun???
