sis hun_nie08 I am a mom of 2 boys already kaya nga girl talaga yung gustong gusto namin ngayon, nakaka apat na ultrasound na nga kami eh, kasi lagi ayaw magpakita ni baby. and then nung Saturday yung pang 4th scan namin, ang sabi ng sono 50-60% sure daw sya na girl na, naklagay sa ultrasound report nya - gender: "seems to be girl". (nakakaloka!!) ::)

dati, I am dying to have a healthy baby girl, ngayon, regardless ng gender, I am dying to know!!! yung 100% sure kung boy or girl sya. tanggap ko naman na kahit boy ulit eh, basta healthy kami. naka move on na ko sa disappointment.

I am asking nga sa group kung meron bang naka experience ng ganun, yung hindi sure sa ultrasound and kung ang nasunod pa rin ba boy or girl ang lumabas  ;D

Thanks sis! :-)  oo nga praying na normal at full term na kami this time. Preemie kasi si first born e.

Meron akong friend nagpaultrasound sya ng 6mo, sa CDO  based sya ngayon. Girl daw ang sabi ni ob, so bumili an sila ng mga pink na gamit. Nung lumabas e boy pala, Ayun pink mittens ni baby hehe! I guess sure talaga ang gender pag boy e.

Karelate din kasi ako i have 4 kids, all boys. Everytime maguultrasound na to determine the gender I always have high hopes na girl na, pero ganun talaga, I was blessed to have 4 healthy boys. I am the only queen and princess in the house hehe. Praying that all of you moms here will have healthy babies, whether baby boy or girl. Pero sana din you'll be blessed with what you hope and wish for :)

Dami ko narealize sa thread na to. Nun una kasi, sobrang hopeful ako na sana lalake ang first namin baby to the point na handa na name nya. Then ang dami nagsasabi na girl nga daw to kasi bilugan daw yung laki ng tummy ko hinde patulis. Next week, scheduled na si baby for CAS and if he/she cooperates, makikita na din namin yung gender nya.

After reading this thread, naisip ko na tama kayo mommies, kung yung iba nga hirap na hirap magbuntis (I am one of them) I don't mind na kung ano gender ng baby ko basta healthy siya.

i experienced this feeling of disappointment not for my own child but for myself. my mom told me na my dad was very disappointed when i came out a girl. i was born 1979 kaya di pa uso ultrasound non. my dad was really hoping and wishing for a boy but everyone around them keeps on telling that my mom is carrying a girl. nakakatawa pa coz my dad will reply to them daw na 'hindi! boy yan! ako gumawa nyan eh!' the day that my mom delivered, my dad's 1st question to the nurse was my gender, the nurse replied 'girl po' & my dad replied daw 'sigurado po kayo? baka di ko anak yan!' hahahaha! sa sobrang dismaya ni father ayun sabi ni mama pumasok na daw sa office agad the next day! when i was toddler i remember having so many boy toys, rc cars, guns etc and my hair would always be very short and mostly i dont wear dresses. growing up i felt that my dad could have loved me more if i was a boy, well sadly im an only child kaya siguro the disappointment was all on me. but now im old, this story just makes me laugh everytime i tell it to my friends. now that i have a 1 yr old son which me & hubby really wanted our first child to be a boy, iba rin tlaga feeling if u were given ur preferred baby gender. but ofcourse i wont feel the way my dad felt just in case i had a girl. my dad is super duper fond of my son, 1st apo tpos baby boy pa and guess what? my son looks like my dad! haha!  ::) ::)

Mukhang ready na naman ako magrant dito in the next few weeks. I'm a mom of two boys and I posted here last 2012... We're having our 3rd child by the end of the yr. Pero ano pa nga ba magagawa ko, feeling ko I only produce boys.

^Technically, it's your hubby that only produces boys. The sperm determines the gender, not the egg. If the sperm carrying a X chromosome, it will be a girl. If your egg got fertilized by a sperm carrying an Y chromosomes, then it's a boy.

^I know what you mean. Just ignore ang mga pakialamera. We love our kids regardless of their gender or gender orientation.

so tanggap ko ng baby boy..

then on my 24th week, ultrasound ulit and CAS - aba, confirmed na GIRL! hahaha!

Fast forward to today, 5yrs old na baby girl ko. :) at kahit boy man or girl, hindi importante. That is beyond being blessed.

maasahan talaga ang GT everytime i need karamay in just about anything!

im 16 weeks pregnant with our 2nd baby. my eldest is a girl. but i really wanted a baby boy nung una pa lang. gusto ko kasi ng kuya as panganay. also, im not very kikay and ran along with boys most of the time so i dont feel the excitement to dress up. feeling ko kawawa pa yung baby girl saken kasi i cant teach her any kakikayan stuff.

anyway, when we found out that our first born was a girl, i really felt disappointed but i never told anyone. not even my husband. even though he also wanted a boy, mas madali nyang natanggap na girl ang magiging baby namin. i got over it after a while and we're now really happy with our sweet, sweet baby girl.

now that im pregnant with our 2nd baby, i really want it to be a boy na this time. added pressure pa kasi everyone is saying 'sana boy na'. as if we have a choice. we'll find out the gender in a few weeks. im actually scared to find out. and im kinda preparing myself with either result but deep inside i still really want a boy.

i told my husband that if its another girl, i dont want a 3rd baby na. kasi baka girl nanaman and i definitely dont want 3 girls.

When we found out that I am pregnant, my husband wished that it's a boy. Sabi ko kaagad sa kanya na wag ganun kasi baka magtampo si baby kung girl pala sya tapos gusto ng daddy nya eh boy. effective naman since hindi na sya nagpe-prefer ng boy though i know deep inside yun talaga gusto nya. hindi na sya vocal haha! when we found out that girl talaga si baby, wala naman akong na-sense na disappointment sa kanya hehe. natauhan sa warning ko na magtatampo si baby!  ;D in fact, excited syang bilhan si baby ng mga girl stuff and he calls her princess ♥

Oohh, I can definitely relate to this! My eldest is a girl and during my second pregnancy, we found out na twins, of course we were hoping for a 2 boys sana or 1 boy and 1 girl at least. But we had 2 girls. Na-down ako for awhile after I gave birth because I never imagined myself having 3 girls and for sure gugustuhin ng husband ko na mag-try kami ulit. So right now, I?m pregnant with our fourth but I decided to keep the baby?s gender a secret until I give birth. No more expectations na, just praying for a healthy one. :)

First born ko is boy, so gusto sana ni hubby girl naman. Ako naman, boy talaga gusto ko. At 21 weeks, nakita na ang gender ni baby and it's a boy. Then last Monday, bumalik kami kay OB due to spotting, naisingit pa ni hubby if boy ba talaga. Check naman ni OB, boy talaga. Mukhang disappointed talaga siya.  ;D

I'm  currently 14 weeks pregnant. He/she will be our first born. And I'm so excited to dress her up. Pero anuman ang ibigay ni Lord,  we still love him/her very much.

My husband always says he is okay with whatever the gender is, but he secretly wished for a boy while I openly wished for a girl. So one of us is bound to get disappointed, hehe!

The CAS went smoothly and all I can say is, we are asking too much na to ask for a specific gender. We should just be happy the baby is perfectly formed and healthy, especially since we had a prior loss. I was so scared we'd see abnormalities during the scan and thankfully everything seemed really good. We'd love that baby no matter what it was. :)

I'm 13 weeks now with first child at medyo malayo pa ang gender reveal. Sa side kasi nila lahat ng apo babae, so first boy apo if ever. 😊

this is our second baby and syempre everyone is wishing for the opposite gender nun first. boy yung first namin and girl na daw sana this time. Nung una iniisip ko din girl, pero every time I ask my son sabi nya boy daw yung nasa tummy ko so cinocondition ko nang boy. haha. whatever the gender is, basta healthy. :)

That was in 2016.
