Ako sis hindi ko alam kung nagsasayang lang ako ng gluta kasi panay ang paturok tapos laging nasa arawan kasi sa ground kami nagprapractice for our graduation kahit may dala akong payong ayaw ipagamit ng prof namin. hahaha. Push ko talaga ngayong summer to ! Wala ng labasan ng bahay. hahaha..

Super fast ng effect nya saken, my friend told me na parang bond paper na daw sin ko sa puti i will post my picture later mga sis medyo busy lang.

mag 2months pa lang ako sa saluta 1800mg and im loving it. Pale nga lang sya walang glow effect .

Okay lang ba isabay ang slimming tea or coffee if im on IV Glutathione? Im afraid baka hindi umeffect sa akin ang gluta if may iniinom akong ganon..

Im confused. Nag-compute ako ng gluta whitening dosage based sa body weight ko and it says 1000-2000mg of gluta ang kaylangan ko para pumuti. My question is, per day ba tong 1000-2000mg? ibig sabihin ba nito, dapat mag turok ako ng 1000-2000 mg of gluta PER DAY? e bakit yung ibang sisses natin dito, madalas is 1200mg ang turok but every 2-3 days lang not EVERYDAY. Please enlighten me mga sisses.

sis its supposedly 2 times a week 3 times a week is better....but add on nac. aha and silimaryn plus dnt forget that ur vit c intake also must be high dosage...1000 mg atleast a day...skip the vit c on days u inject....drink atleast 3-4 glasses of water everytime u take vit c in high dosages and more than 12 glasses the whole day...to prevent kidney and liver from damage...im on 8 months of gluta iv...ive taken it easy...i do once a week nalang..and cpasules on non iv days...also i checked for my liver and kidney all seems normal....not super white but atleast 3 tones lighter also im much more whiter on pics with my same camera and settings..i wonder why...but looking at my skin tone i cant see much difference....still pushing it further for a year so i have 4 more months to see if finally things have change on a more obvious perspective

Hi everyone. im new here although matagal ng lurker sa thread hehe just want to share my experience on ivg. ive been on full 2 months nonstop thrice a week double dose. First four boxes germed then one box 900mg reiki then one box saluta600mg then tationil. I can say that it made me lighter siguro one shade. haha nakaka frustrate. starting MAC shade was nc20 then after two months on ivg nagpacheck ulit ako sa mac, nc15 and nw15 daw. haha kaloka but honestly feeling ko one shade lighter [textspeak!] ako. but the glow yes yes yes shiny as in pero not oily. im super pale white before ivg but after two months on ivg may glow ng kasama which I simply love. patience is a virtue talaga mga sissies.

btw mga sissies, tanong ko lang kasi medyo nag sob ako tingin ko talaga bec of ivg ito. what to do pls anyone? nag pa check naman ako lahat bloodchemistry, cbc, kidney, liver, lungs, xray, 2d echo ecg lahat came back normal.. hmm..

hi mga sis newbie here lagi ako nagbabasa ng posts dito pero ngayon ko lang naisipan gumawa ng account haha! anyway i just want to share my experience taking an oral gluta. the first one i took yung sublingual ba yun yung iniispray pero sobra kadiri lasa and not effective.
then i tried LUXXE WHITE and it changed my skin ever since. SUPER EFFECTIVE. ang supple ng skin ko parang pang baby super soft tapos glowing and radiant ako lagi. in less than 2 weeks time my friends noticed my skin changing and even my boyfriend liked it so much! haha kahit stressed ako and puyat pagod, di siya halata. blooming lagi! i would recommend this product to others. i'd rate it 9/10 hihi hope this helps good luck mga sis!

Okay lang ba na 2day na magkasunod magpainject ng double dose. Nagpaturok kasi ako nung isang araw at kahapon natakot kasi ako baka umitim ako nappraning kasi ako ang init sa labas kaya need ko palaging pants na at long sleeves plus sunblock every 2hrs. If possible na matulog ako ng umaga-mawala araw gagawin ko e. Haha im on my 9th box na pala *currently at Germed* naccurious ako sa saluta 1800mg but stick muna ako kay Germed haha!

May massuggest ba kayo para maging strong ugat natin? Aside sa more water?Tia!;)

Anyone here tried glutaflex? Whats your insight? Eto gamit ng client ko at ang puti nya na, natry nya na rin daw dati tationil and saluta mas mabilis daw ang effect neto eto rin daw gamit ng derma nya

nung firstime ko mag gluta sa derma pa before ako pa inject glutaflex gamit kasabay ko yung friend ko, mabilis nga effect nya pero yellowish sya kaya tinigil ko na, bumili na lang ako online ng ibang brand. yung friend ko ngayon parang may hepa na sa sobrang na enhance yung yellow tone niya. gusto ko kasi yung pale white ang effect :-)

Halos wala nang ugat na maghanap iv therapist ko sakin everytime tinutusukan ako nagkakapasa kaya suggest ng iv therapist ko mag take muna ako b-complex then pag pahingahin muna ugat ko. Im currently on my 9th box next visit ko pang 4th shot ko na im taking it double dose every other day (Germed) start na ko ng gluta boosters tomorrow. Plus bibili ng super sunblock ang init sa labas umiiwas ako sa araw. Panay pants and long sleeves ko para di maarawan. Haaays. Pahinga muna mga ugat ko then oral gluta muna gusto ko itry saluta 1800mg mukhang maganda kasi kung saluta na 600mg mismo dami napapaputi siguro mas ok rin un. Pero depende sa atin un if kakaririn natin talaga paputi. Aja mga sis!:)
