Ok Thanks. In your experience, ano ang lasa ng panis na milk. I tasted milk na 3day old in th ref, medyo mapakla and amoy lungad. Naisip ko kasi yung fat from the milk naaamoy ko kasi nakaseparate na siya.

^ Maasim-asim DAW. Though i am not entirely sure kasi nag-try na ako mag-iwan ng milk overnight sa kitchen counter at room temp, kinaumagahan e hindi pa din panis. Same smell and taste pa din as my other milk. Hehe..

Pag nagseparate ang fat, babad lang sa tap water (lukewarm water at most), then swirl (don't shake) before giving to baby.

Hello, ask ko lang if anong mas okay na storage, yung bottle storage talaga or yung disposable? Any recommendation din sa brand? Also, is it true na bawal mag breastfeed pag pagod? Thanks! =)

hello, before para makatipid bumili ako ng avent via pero nung nilagay ko sa freezer medyo matagal siyang matunaw unlike pag bm storage bag kaya bumalik ako sa storage bag. naisip ko baka masyado lang matubig ang breastmilk ko noon. i am currently using mom and baby storage bag 299 pesos 25pcs. available siya sa sm malls sa baby company. ok din ang precious moment na brand na breastmilk storage bag. ok din ang storage bottles na bebeta at looney tunes.

lastly, myth lang ang hindi pwedeng magpabf pag pagod. ako pag dating na pagdating ko sa bahay namin which syempre pagod tayo sa biyahe, latch agad sa akin ang LO ko..i love the feeling na miss na miss niya ko.

Question mga sis (medyo OT), for those that started in solids, nabawasan din ba yung milk intake ng baby niyo? any tips on when to breastfeed pag nagstart na ng solids, my baby is now 7.5 months old and eats about 1 tbsp of solids 3x a day.

Yes nabawasan. Lalo na ngayon a year old na siya. Its not drastic though. What i did was nurse first then offer solids 30 minutes after, to this day ganun parin ang routine ko. Pero balak ko since 1 na solids first then nurse after, dunno when i should start with that routine though.

Thanks sis. Ganon din ang ginagawa ko sa ngayon, I nurse then after 30mins-1hr ako nagpapakain, depende kung madami sya nadede. Medyo worried lang ako kase maliit ang weight gain ni baby, although mababa na talaga even before solids. Pedia says di pa naman underweight si baby pero prescribed baby heraclene to boost her appetite.

Exclusively breastfed baby up to 12 months, now we are mixed feeding, pero pag kelangan lang talaga kasi enough pa naman nauuwi kong milk from office. 

My concern though is nangangagat na si baby. How do you deal with it mommies? whenever he bites, i pushed his jaw and scream! haha! para malaman niyang masakit, but i think hindi niya pa naiitindihan

any tips?

Tell him not to bite and cover the boobies. Biting means no milkie.  It make take a few times for him to get it. Napansin ko sa baby ko pag napapasigaw ako natutuwa siya sa reaction ko but when i cover the boobs aba iyak siya, so gets na niya na.

Ako naman di naman nangangagat si baby pero super sakit na ng nipples ko dahil sumasayad na yung teeth niya. He has 12 teeth na. Super sakit na talaga..

Same here, si lo may 2 lower teeth na buti nalang lately nabawasan pagkagat niya. Pero kapag naman kumagat nako.

One time, sa hiyaw ko tapos ang sakit sakit talaga nakita ko yung expression ni lo, naawa ata sakin kasi nalungkot din yung face niya. ang cute hehe.

pag ako naman sumigaw, mag smile lang siya, stare at sabay suck ulit. haha! i always tell him, if you bite mommy, no more milk.

Ill do the cover thing. I hope it will work.

Help! I'm a first time mom. Lapit na mag 2 months si baby however ang onti ng milk ko. Nakain naman ako mlunggay, tulya with malunggay, oatmeal at naimum malunggay capsule. I drink lots of water. Complete ang sleep. Mix feeding kami after I give birth. BF whole day pero baby drinks formula milk 1-2oz once a day. Pump or manual, mas may milk sa left boob kesa sa right. Baby can suck milk sa right pero pag pump/manual 1-2 drops lang kaya ilabas unlike sa left boob ko. Where I can pump more or less 1oz.

I massage my boobs. I also tried hot compress. 1st month, whole night tulog si baby so no bf, sumasakit boobs ko the next day at na leak when I bf vise versa. Pero lately hindi na ganun.

I really want to bf my baby kahit bumalik na ako sa work. I want to produce lots of milk! Para maka gawa ako stash for baby. Sa ngayon I'm bf baby sa right boob ko hoping in time it will produce the same amount of milk like my left boob.

I tried pumping every 2-3hrs pero ang onti and pwede ko ba isalin sa bote or storage bag lahat na ma collect ko the whole day? TIA

If you direct feed and you get 1oz after feeding, madami na yan. If you want to build stash, pump one boob while baby is feeding on the other boobie, let down will be fast and you produce more than normal..its like magic, at least for me.

question lang mga sis, i have a cousin who is about to adopt an infant (the mother lives with them while awaiting childbirth), possible kaya for her to produce breastmilk kahit she did not get pregnant? something like induced lactation?

^may nabasa ako ganyan sa la leche league.di lang nakuha na exclusive bfeeding kasi naman hindi talaga nanganak.sa tanda ko nagtake ng supplements + domperidone.sobrang galing pa din.

mga sis, may nakaexperience ba sainyo na every 5seconds nagsishift si baby ng latch back and forth sa left and right breasts? ano kaya ibig sabihin nito. she's 10months by the way. tia!

^ every 5 sec? baka she's playing? or walang milk? nachecheck mo ba sis kung may lumalabas na  milk? dati ganyan baby ko.. ang ginagawa ko medyo pini-pinch ko nipples ko kung may milk na lalabas.. kung meron, ibig sabihhin, naglalaro lang baby ko..
