^ depends sa baby, sis. Some babies, like mine, take cold milk. So minsan from the ref, lagay ko lang sandali under running water para mawala yung dumikit sa walls ng bottles.

^ same here. mine takes cold milk, even cold nipple hehe. pero once lang namin ni-store with nipple si bottle nya kasi naubusan ako storage bottles that time so ginamit ko na feeding bottle nya to store.

kaso nagkaroon confusion ata baby ko lately. we removed pacifier and lessened bottle feeding. well, it means more puyat for me though.

I'm planning to have warts therapy din pero ang sabi din big NO daw. I thought for preggy lang bawal yun

Hi Mommies, pwede ba mag take ng vitamin E while breatsfeeding?

Super dry na ng skin ko. Since nag buntis ako i stopped taking Myra-E 400iu.

Now we're 4 months ebf and curios lang ako if pwede na kaya ako mag Myra-E ulit?

^ nabasa ko sis sa Breastfeeding Pinays na masyado daw potent ang  Vit E sa Myra-E and it's not good for the baby. So they advise taking Multivits na lang. Or Stresstabs..

Hi mga sis! My son is ebf, he's 3 months and 3 weeks now. I have a question, yung pumped milk ko na nirefrigerate, separates, water yung baba tapos fat content ng milk yung taas. I try to eat good sources of fatty foods like avocado, nuts, egg, pero ganun pa din. My son's weight from his last check up at 3 months is 6.1kg. now, after 3weeks, i checked his weight 6.5kg lang sya. His weight at birth is 3.145kg. Medyo nag worry ako bakit parang bumagal yung weight gain nya ngayong going to 4 months na sya. Is his weight gain normal ba mga sis? Our doctor's appointment is next week pa kaya naisip ko dito na muna magtanong. :)

^ according to my baby's pedia, average weight gain per month is 400-500g so i guess on-track naman si baby mo, sis..

Di naman nag-worry pa si pedia. sabi nya as long as me weight gain, kahit konti, at hindi matamlay si baby e ok pa daw.

^ the same pa din ako sis. every 2-3 hours.

I'm so happy natupad and dream ko to exclusivity breast feed her for 6 months. Hoping sana until 1 yr old na siya. But I am planning on going back to work soon. Is it too late to build a milk stash?

Nag try ako mag pump before when she was 2 months old. Dami kasi let down and nasasayangan ako. But I stopped din kasi I though it's just a waste of time and energy since I'm always with her all the time naman.

Now I'm torn if I should start pumping again or mag introduce na ng formula. I know breast milk is the best and that I should choose the best for her.

A few days ago I tried pumping. Nakakadismaya kasi I got less than 1 ounce in one session both breast pa yun.

And I have a question pala for storing pumped BM. Pwede ba let's say nag pump ako today and got .5 oz of milk then lagay ko siya sa ref. Then after a couple of hours pump ulit ako then ihalo ko sa na pump ko earlier? And can I continue doing that until makapuno ako ng isang storage bag then tsaka ko ilagay sa freezer?

Hindi kaya bad yun? I'm so clueless as how to store BM. I wish I can pump milk like other moms na isang session lang dami na milk.

You may combine bm from diff pumping sessions as long as same temp na sila. For example: 8am me 1oz ka, put it sa ref. 11am me another 1oz ka, put it sa ref in another container. By 12nn, most likely same temp na yung from 8am and 11am so you may combine them na.

As for storage quantity, i personally prefer storing in average of 3-4oz per bag/bottle lang. Kasi pag pinuno yung bag for example, mas naha-hassle-an ako to split pa yung na-thaw na milk. With smaller quantities, 1 bag is one feeding. Mas efficient, IMO. So if in 1 pumping session e naka-6oz ako total for both breasts, hinahati ko yun, so i'll have 2 bags na tig-3oz each.

It's not too late to build a stash. You can pump between feedings. So i pump around 11pm-midnight, before ako matulog.

Super duper helpful. Now I see the light hahaha! I feel na kaya pala talaga to give BM kahit working. Salamat sa mga tips sis bagaholic_chewy will definitely do that.

Sis belle4beauty, oo nga I also thought my problem yung breast pump ko kasi ang konti talaga, nakaka depress. But now I know better.

Thank you once again mga sis!

^you're welcome sis. Taking one day at a time para hindi din ako mastress. Wala pa ngipin baby ko at 7 mos kaya okay pa ako hehe. Takot kasi ako kapag may ipin na.

Hi mommies, pwede ba mag-take ng collagen drink if i'm breastfeeding? ;D

And please recommend online store selling nice nursing wear especially dresses expensive and not so expensive. Tia!  :)
