Atkins Diet

I tried Atkins diet and lost 8lbs on the first week, then on the second week, I lost  only 1lb and then I stopped losing the pounds, it's been a month since I started. I still follow the diet of low carbs and more protein. What's wrong? I also exercise 2-3x a week. Any of you have the same experience?  Share your tips on how to break it. I need to lose 15-20lbs more. Thanks!

This is what I'm trying now. Kahapon lang ako nag-start. May slight headache. Siguro due to sugar withdrawal.

Nakakatuwa kasi di ako madaling magutom now. Pinipilit ko na lang sarili kong kumain kasi may supplements and vitamin akong iniinom.

Nabasa ko lang to sa isang libro and it really looks promising. Nagbabasa na din ako ng articles sa internet about this.
