how to contact a missing dad at kuwait airways..PLS HELP

my nephew is 10 years old, last 2 months nya last nakausap father nya, he's father is a cabin crew of kuwait airways for 4 years na.. we don't really know how to contact him aside from his mobile and viber.. pero di na rin sumasagot sa mga messages.. ang nakalagay delivered lang.. walang seen. may chance ba magpatulong kami sa owwa or any agencies na connected sa ofw? pls. help.. nag ka dengue fever na anak nya di man lang nya nalaman, tas nung bday ng anak di man lang nag paramdam.. is there any chance to contact his employer? how? pls. help.. thanks in advance..
