Napanood ko 'yung Showtime yesterday. Mararamdaman mo ang sincerity ni Vice Ganda sa mga friends niya especially kay Vhong. Nakakatuwa lang din kasi ang lalim ng friendship nila.

Si Delfin Lee the developer who got billions from PagIbig? Yung tatay ni Divine Lee? Sorry, I've been out of the country for awhile.  If so, it's about time! 

This Vhong case is a showcase of how exceedingly slow justice grinds in our corrupt justice system.
Hindi talaga tayo aasenso as long as the justice system is corrupt.  Judges are not answerable to anyone, napansin nyo -- they are as "untouchable" as politicians are. 

As for the 2 girls in the limelight:  ano nga ba yung psychological condition na you can't read reality normally? Lol.

I beg to disagree too, there are institutions in place... But well, reality sucks. Just saying.

However, I wish you well with your career.  May the tribe of hopeful, fearless lawyers who do not drown in the system increase.

Cedric Lee and co. has gone up to the Court of Appeals to ask the Department of Justice to stop the Preliminary Investigation. The CA ordered the DOJ to explain why a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) should not be issued to stop the hearings.
If this happen then maybe it's time to move in and show our support through prayers, rallies from the Actor's Guild, friends of Vhong and all of us netizens to show to the CA that Justice should take it's course and allow the PI to continue.

The only way for the Court of Appeals to heed the call of the people for Justice is by asking our friends to post their disdain in getting into the picture of Vhong's case. Sec. Leila De Lima has spoken and declared that they should not interfere since the DOJ is doing its job. Invite a friend to this page to like and post.
The statement of support from The Philippine Entertainment Industry will be sent to me and I shall post it here. Justice for Vhong... Justice for all.... Vox Populi... Vox Dei. The voice of the people is the voice of God.

Sec. De Lima called me and said many things. The bottom line is that she is so upset that the Court of Appeals won't make them do their jobs. This is just the Preliminary Investigation and the case has already been submitted for resolution. They (CA) will have their day when this case is brought before them. She is however confident that the CA will look at this case and see that the DOJ is doing its job as mandated. This is an Executive function and not a judicial one. We talked for quite a while and she sounds confident. Let's all do our share too.

As for RC, syempre gusto nya makita si VN para makapag wala lol mapakita sa madlang people na isa syang rape victim at sobrang galit na galit kay VN.. galing talaga ng babaeng ito bukod sa after 4 yrs nag demanda e nalimutan pa nya lagay sa affidavit nya ang DATE kung when sya narape, kakaiba diba


sabi ng lawyer ni RC si VN daw imbes na sa korte dalin ang sagot sa kaso e sa media at social network daw dinadala.. kaya nahuhusgahan ang client nya ng mga tao.. - Hindi ko talaga alam kung sadyang may katok sa utak ang lawyer na 'to.. Hindi si VN ang naglabas sa social media ng about sa april 24 na date, mismong mga tao.. Nagresearch sila ng kusa and nalaman yung about doon..

Hindi na kasalanan ni VN yun.. Jusko naman.

Hahanap at hahanap ng malulusutan ang mga lawyers na ito talaga lalo na if hindi sumasagi sa isip nila na mag-resign. Imo, they're just doing their job no matter how twisted it may seem to the madlang people. Most people would argue that these people - the legal counsel of the "victims" - have no sense of what is right or wrong kahit obvious na ang may mali ay yung client/s nila. It's a job, nothing personal. Sa tingin nila, tama ang ginagawa nila kahit na sa paningin ng iba ay mali.

^^either power tripping lang si CL over vhong, he gets a certain high beating people up at may 1 celeb pa na takot na takot sa kanya na mapahiya pag hindi nagbayad ng extortion money, or may powerful backer si CL financing all his his legal cases including that of the CA...why would his camp request to stop the prelim investigation if they think they have a strong case? guilty kase on all counts kaya pinapahinto lang

Hindi naman sa kinakampihan ko si RC, pero people should not criticize her on why it took 4 years for her to get courage and why she can't remember exact things that happened during that day. It's actually a part of rape & sexual assault syndrome/phase.  (Though I'm not sure if she really got raped)

during the impact phase, the victim, or as we call them in medschool: the survivor , doesn't report what happened because of the perpetrator might have threatened her. It may be because of threat to life & loved ones or to return and rape again if reported.

In the recoil stage- the survivor begins the up and down struggle which losses, anger, and needs are recognized. they might alternately deny and admit to on what happened. It is important to remember that survivors alternate in the recoil stage between repression and suppression. Even progress in the reorganization stage is not smooth; backslides occur at times, especially if situations triggers memories of rape. Recoil stage usually shows years after the incident.

Ayan, taken from our psychiatry book mismo. That's why we should not make fun or question on why it took 4 years for her to admit what happened. It's not kakaiba, but rather people lack knowledge on what really transpires or the phases a survivor usually experience.

Im not making kampi to RC. Just sharing what we learned in med school.

I don't know how to answer that, but Survivors need to feel in control from the powerlessness they might have felt. Maybe it's her defense mechanism that to be able to feel in control of the situation, she would still talk to the perpetrator or it may be out of fear that perpetrator might return and rape her again.

Kaso sa bibig naman nya nanggaling na humingi sila 2M para sa mga damages sa condo.. na pinakita naman walang damages... kahit yun may ari nun condo unit sinabi na walang nasira..
