Ilan days ba nag stay ang mga candidates sa Millenia Hotel? since sabi ni Roxane hindi naman nung 24th nangyari yung Alleged Rape, ok..ok.. let's just say nagkamali nga siya nung pagka tanda nung date, at ayon sa isang sis natin dito medyo confusing nga yung Astorya at Millenia Hotel, kaya instead na Millenia eh Astorya nasabi niya, pag bigyan natin, pero kailan daw ba yung EXACT date nung na rape siya? siguro naman kung i move man nila yung date ng pagkaka Rape daw niya, eh di naman siguro niya babaguhin yung location diba? kasi parang napaka hirap naman na siguro pati location eh maka limutan niya, kaya if ever man na mag bigay sila ng bagong date in regards sa Rape daw, better check the hotel kung naka check in pa sila dun, baka sa huli pati yung location na binigay nila eh baguhin nila, Lol (oopss I shouldn't say this, baka may mga alipores sina Roxane at DC's Camp magka idea pa sila ) and dapat tanungin nila si Rose Ann Aguilar kung natatandaan pa niya yung date nung kailan sila nagkita sa lobby ng hotel.

RC's lawyer is saying that they did not mention that the rape happened on April 24, 2010 but they only said that it was the day RC guested in Showtime.  He said the rape happened between April 24-27.  Eh bakit di masabi yung exact date ng rape?  Buti pa yung exact date ng guesting natandaan.

im with sis princess_chill!!  akala ba nila maniniwala agad-agad ang tao porket nagdemanda na sila ng rape.  then ayan, yung date na sinasabi nila, may show pala si vhong, magbabago tuloy sila ng date ng rape, i mean hello!! duon pa lang me doubt na na nagsisinungaling sila.  for a person who follows this case, sa pagpalit palit nila ng testimony, sa walang nangyari tapos ngayon meron na.  sa hindi na rape tapos ngayon narape na, twice pa!!  sa ginagawa nila, sa tingin ba nila kapanipaniwala pa sila??

idadahilan ang pagiging probinsyana! syempre kung hindi sila natuloy sa Astoria, sasabihin naman sa kanila kung saang hotel sila magstay. sabi nung lawyer nagkamali kasi parehong-pareho ang itsura ng Astoria at Millenia, magkaiba kaya! sa entrance pa lang magkaiba na no. ilang araw ba sila nagstay sa Millenia para magkamali pa siya?

dun naman sa date, may nalalaman pang "most horrific experience" pero di matandaan kung kelan nangyari. sa affidavit niya tuloy-tuloy ang kwento niya, same date April 24, 2010. parang ang lumalabas atat na atat si VN sa kanya kasi isang buong araw yung kwento niya, from pag kuha ng number hanggang nirape na siya. tapos nung nalaman na may show pala biglang iba na date?!

Bernice was also raped? C'mon. play fair and argue your case well before the panel before resorting to squid tactics. So far, Vhong's statements have been bolstered by physical evidence. Atty Raymond Fortun's guesting in Vice Ganda practically dumped the case and doused cold water on it without violating the client/lawyer relationship.
Atty Fortun knew the real tipping point before the ship finally sunk and caused a greater tragedy than the Titanic.
So seriously, who's the next rape victim?
Atty Mallonga already proclaimed that they will file a Perjury and Libel Case to those who try to malign her client with tall tales and lies full of loopholes.
Simple Arithmetic, if anybody is paying these girls to file cases for millions of pesos, if proven she is lying, she can go to jail, pay the cost and damages can run up to ten million pesos.
Is it worth it? Can whoever is doing this sustain the high cost of this strategy?
