So I decided to get a Malden Personal in Purple. That way I can bring my planner with me instead of getting the A5 which will require me to carry a much bigger bag just to accommodate the planner.

I'll try to manage two planner at the same time. I hope it'll work!

As promised, here's the update: the malden was super nice esp since it's in the color that i really like. It came in bubble wrap. Hahaha. Natawa pa nga ako but later appreciated the effort of totandmom. Oo nga naman, mas mahal pa sya than the other fragile items.

For me, it's worth the investment since leather talaga siya and I've been looking for it online before I discovered na offered pala sya here. Someone commented na it looks like an ordinary organizer. But I didn't take offense since she does not filofax in the first place. Haha.

Naku sis, di pa nga dumating si Malden ko eh nag-gupit na ko ng paper at nag-print nung inserts lol  Kaya nung pagkadating kanina, nilagay ko nalang. I'll decorate it weekly. Instant digital download siya so once nakabayad ka na, nasa Etsy account and email mo na yung i-download Yung Erin Condren ko kasi dinecorate ko na hanggang June kaya ayun every week nakatunganga nalang ako.

Ang ganda din nung DIYFish Life Mapping System!!! Maybe I'll do that next year. Subukan ko muna tong insert ko.

Sis, where did you buy the paper you used for printing the inserts? How much? You have a paper trimmer? Ordinary puncher or the one for journals talaga? I want!! Kaya lang I don't have the talent. I'm using lang the filofax inserts that came with the malden. Hindi mahirap to print?

I bought the paper. I used 100GSM bond paper (letter-sized) para di mag-bleed yung pen sa kabilang side. I cut them down with a guillotine paper trimmer. I used the dashboard as guide then minark ko na yung trimmer ko with washi tape para alam ko kung saan ako mag-cut. As for the puncher, I just used a one-hole punch kaya sobra sobrang patience ang kelangan para makabuo ka ng inserts haha

But!!! I recently bought DIYFish's Life Mapping Inserts. I love the idea na kita ang month, week and day all in one so I will give it a try.

I read about diyfish nga din but as usual, parang takot ako haha. Don't know how to do the printing. Esp dun sa may folds.

Mapapa-order yata ako ng paper trimmer and puncher.
I knew it, receiving the the filo is just the start of more expenses.

^I will print the inserts tonight. Madali lang daw i-print sabi nila haha and the fold naman may marking dun sa PDF file kung paano i-fold, meron din markings kung saan i-cut.

I bought a paper trimmer today, parang mas madali kasi yun than the guillotine paper trimmer plus hiniram ko lang yun sa office ng tatay ko haha

Busy busyhan lang peg ko pag-print ng DIYFish inserts. Medyo complicated siya sa simula pero once you get the hang of it madali nalang. Mas ok din kung kilala mo takbo ng printer mo

Happy ako dun sa una kong nabiling insert kaso when I saw this DIYFish, napa-wow ako kasi kita mo na talaga yung month, week and day all at the same time. No need to flip pages pa like what I do with my current insert pero may iba dun gagamitin ko pa din

Have you checked yung DIYFish? Paano yung system niya? Napa-wow talaga ako! Ang galing sobra especially the index coding.

This is the DIYFish inserts. Took me around 30 minutes to assemble everything. I bought the 3-month trial muna and I chose to start April since matatapos na rin ang March. By the way, if before the end of the 3-month trial you decided to purchase the whole year, Fish (owner of DIYFish) will reimburse you for the amount you paid for the trial so maliit nalang babayaran mo for the rest of the inserts.

Baka ma-overwhelmed ka pag check sa Etsy niya. I chose LMI v02.1 for Personal size. V02.1 ang popular insert. Start ng week ko Monday instead of Sunday. Yung v02.1, vertical and pwede din horizontal yung calendar. Meron naman siyang v02(b), that's the traditional. Horizontal ang monthly calendar niya.

The system looks complicated at first pero once ma-familiarize ka na, it's a really smart and efficient system compare dun sa traditional organizer inserts na alam natin.

^Don't worry talaga sis kasi ang dali lang niya! Mag-test page ka muna para malaman mo takbo nung printer mo kung paano siya mag-print. I print on a letter-sized paper. Paper One gamit kong brand, yung 80GSM but I might switch to 100GSM kasi mas feel ko texture nung paper haha

Make sure you have Adobe Reader para dun ka mag-print.

Pag nalaman mo na pag-print, tuloy tuloy na! Then kelangan mo talaga ng paper trimmer dahil marami rami ka rin gugupitin. May mga markings sa ibibigay niya sayo para mabilis nalang mag-gupit.

Thank you so much sis. i was about to buy the same trimmer as yours kaya lang when i tested it, parang hindi naka-cut agad kahit 1 sheet of paper lang. O dapat pressure tlg? I postponed buying na lang muna. I bought paper kanina na one ang brand. buti good feedback from you. Di ko na kasi nakita. Cannot open e. Parang maganda lang packaging kaya i got it

^Put pressure on it It can cut up to 10 80GSM papers all at once pero hanggang 4 palang nata-try ko.

Ang tagal ko din sa bookstore nung isang araw kaka-test ng paper. Meron kasi silang sample pages dun and I check each and every brand haha The higher the GSM the thicker it gets. Since I'm using the DIYFish at puro tupi tupi I chose 80GSM but I'll try printing it sa 100GSM. Problem ko with 100GSM baka sobrang kapal naman at baka lumobo si Malden.
