Di ba masyadong mataas na yung dosage ng gluta and vitamin c? And need ba itake before meal / empty stomach?

sa cheskas store nakakuha ako ng ishigaki pero by reservation. kapag nagbayad ako now in 1-2 weeks once dumating na stocks nila pinapaship na nila.

I need to be lighter or achieve glowing skin on May 14th 1 week na ako sa Ishigaki Advance bukas and I could say mas refined ang pores ko. Combo ko siya with Rose-C White (ascorbic acid with rosehip extracts).

Kapag kaya tinake ko ang Ishi ng 3x a day, once in the morning, noon, and evening... mas eeffect kaya?

Haaay I'm torn pa din on which one to get, Advanced or Premium? Siguro kailangan ko na lang talagang sumugal para malaman ko which is better, lol.

Gusto ko lang kasi:
-Of course, mag whiten and mag-glow
-Lumiit ang pores and maging less oily
-Mabilis ang effect

What do you think? Huhubels.
Btw, parehas ba ng gluta content si Advanced and si Premium? Both 1000mg? Pero si Advanced meron ding 500mg, right? Thanks

Sis BacMook give ishi premium a try. i've started taking it last march 19 then nag stop ako  ng ilang days mga 3days in between ata kasi ngka flu ako pero continous parin yung puna sa akin na pumuti daw ako, officemates and mama ko nakita rin yung changes. imagine less than two weeks pa lang, i'm really loving the result  nito. just give it a try baka hiyang ka din sis..better to take it at night then pag gising mo dun mo sya ma assess if ok ba sayo or not good luck ..thank God no breakouts

Considering 80 kilos ako, mahilig mag drinking spree (hahaha) at minsan smoker din at pala beach.
Pero after 8 days of taking ishi premium 2x a day with myra e 400 and vitamin c (fern c) umeffect agad sya sis. Di na ako bumalik sa bisyo ko while taking ishi baka kase slow yung effect. At bonus pa sis mura lang talaga sya I bought min kay cheska 2 bottles 750 per bottle.
So far no bad side effects ako. Regular bowel movement, walang sakit sa tagiliran.

Ordered a bottle of ishi premium. Will take it 2x a day or kahit 1 cup a day lang pwede na siya?

1 cap lang ako every night, nag try ako 2x kaso sumasakit tagiliran ko..kaya isa na lang.

sis for faster effect try mo 2x a day morning and evening before or after mag breakfast at lunch with 30 minutes of interval with vitamin c.make sure sis meron talaga vitamin c.so for a month you need to have 2 bottles.Go for It na.I hope hiyang ka

Mga sis ask ko lang sana ano price range ng ishi na nabibili nyo kasi dami online sellers, takot lang na baka hindi legit mabilhan. And kahit ba any brand ng vitamin c ok lang or can someone recommend a brand? I want to try this sana.
