^ try mo po na initin ng konti yung food para mas mabango sya. or put some dry food your cat likes on top of it or siguro wet and dry food on the same food tray, wag lang muna haluin...para while eating the normal food na kinakain nya eh medyo nakakakuha din sya nung bits nung wet.

Brought my other cat to the vet palagi kasi nangangati turns out dahil daw sa chicken. Super expensive ng mga cat food na walang chicken, looking at Acana Pacifica, Orijen Six Fish and Natures Balance. Vet said okay naman daw yung RC kitten which is what we feed them pero I really want to switch kasi naawa ako sa kitten ko nagkakapoknat na kaka-kati. Should I follow the vet or follow my gut? Nalerks ako pati pala cats nag kaka allergic reaction sa food.

One of my cats is allergic to chicken too. Yung sa nape naman nya ang nakakalbo. I stopped giving her chicken or any chicken-flavored kibbles/wet food. I also rubbed VCO and organic anti-itch spray alternately sa nape nya to ease the itchiness. She's okay now.

Hi! I'm a first time pet owner, so I''m sorry for the noob question. Ano ibig sabihin kapag OA magshed si kitty? As in paubos na hair nya sa ulo. What shampoo should I use? Thanks.

there are many causes ng pagshed ng cat mo, pwedeng stress, allergies, mites, skin problems. may cat ako na nakakalbo yung sa bandang ulo niya and binigyan lang vet ng universal medicated shampoo. Ang ginagawa lang ilalagay lang sa wet towel (super konting amount kasi mabula naman) then irub sa affected part, no need to rinse na.

I got it from PAWS. 100 pesos for 50ml ata. You can get it there if you can't find sa vet clinic near you. Sa ilang cats ko na nagamit yung nabili ko pero until now marami pa ding natira.

@dramaqueen, I bought the anti-itch spray in the states. The ones I see here kasi hindi organic. As much as possible ayoko ng mga chemicals sa mga kiddies ko. I feed my cats RC dry, Friskies and Purina One wet food. Medyo magastos but they're healthier compared to your ordinary grocery bought cat food.

I think this might be a weird question,
but I'm looking for a cat na maliit yung buntot..parang bunny tail..or japanese bobtail cat..then at least 80% maputi.. Its difficult to look for strays na maliit ang tail

^na try mo na sa mga shelters? wala tlaga? may mga ganyan dito sa kalye namin, mga stray pero merong nagpapakain chaka mix sila mostly orange+white.

diba without the tell mahirap malaman emotions nila?

^ mahirap sis..so far wala talaga..
usually may tail kase..or if wala, ayoko sa color (hehe choosy lang. naghanap kase ako ng cat that looks like the cat i lost..panakip butas *is that the right term*)

yung mga vet palagi insisting that i adopt pero kahit super lambing at friendly..ayaw ko rin.. gusto ko short tail because..hindi siya annoying (i.m.o.) and i so love it when it wiggles its just a preference i guess.

^ aww sis ganyan din yung anak ko we lost a kitty few months back to FLV and she's looking for one that looks exactly like him! 

May issue with my other cat gusto nang lumabas nang bahay as in kinulong na namin kasi las tnight nakita namin sa bubong and naging rescue operation ang ganap. Sigh I wonder if cat-walking will help

^so far the best ang RC, but expensive para sakin. Kaya for my 15 cats friskies and whiskas.

Ladies, how do you treat pala cats with fleas? I have a kitten kase na may fleas. Though di naman gaanong madami, kinakagat ako sa legs and sobrang kati :-(. Nag start na kong paliguan siya every week ng flea shampoo. Hope this helps. Baka may iba pa kayong suggestion. Thanks in advance!

@menthol how many months old is your kitten? Try Frontline drops or anti-flea collar for cats. I think you can purchase these from Pet Express.

I feed my cat Me-O and Nekko cat food from Thailand. Very affordable ang cat food and supplies in Thailand and there are so many choices. Nasawa na yata kasi yung cat ko sa Whiskas and ayaw din niya ng Fancy Feast. Sheba is expensive and the pack is so small.

^^sis menthol i treat my cats with frontline spray. 1300 yung big bottle nun sa mga pet shops. may maliit naman kaso hindi ko alam magkano. Parehas tayo kinakagat din kami ng mga fleas, buti nga nawala na sila.

ok thanks for the suggestions sisters ^. Last resort ko na siguro yung frontline..4 months na today yung kitten ko.. I research the net and yung ACV spray/bath helpful din siya to treat fleas. Try ko muna siguro yun
