hi sis.. minimum padin ng the palms is 250k right ? or wala na sila minimum consumable rate? nung nag paquote kasi ako sa kanila whatever the chosen package is they will still have additional 12% vat and 10% SC na hindi nila pinapa waive... pero very good reviews sila in terms of food

Hi Sis! Yes minimum 250k sila to reserve the grand ballroom  Medyo mahal nag lang. But if you'll compare it to other wedding packages mas okay menu nila. Btw, I tried Alabang country club din. It's one of the affordable packages in Alabang. Package starts at php199k for 150 pax.

Oct 2015 bride here. we finally chose St James for the church. kinda undecisive pa pagdating sa reception. i am eyeing vivere because it's affordable kaso parang nasisikipan ako for 150 pax. nagpainquire na din ako sa coordinator ko dun sa Palms.

Hi, sorry I forgot the exact payment terms. You have to pay min. of 10-15k for the reservation. That's far as I know Sis! Pero alam ko mas flexible yung terms nila compared to Fernbrook and other hotels.

Hi sis,me too isa eto sa mga choices ko kasi when it comes sa food,the palms ang number 1,kaya lang nung nagcompute ako,lumalabas na almost the same lang siya with bellevue..plus madaming corkage ang the palms..

yes sis dun venue namin.. 200 guests ako pero i think kasya naman sila.. aayusin ko lang yung layout ng venue para sumakto.. ayoko din kasi ng sobrang laki ng place baka aalog alog kami dun.. haha! ang hindi lang ok sa vivere kasi may blindspot area pero meron live cast na monitor sa area na yun kaya di maleleft out yung guest na dun nakapwesto. kung 250 sis mukhang masikip na yun.. pero try mo magocular. maganda kasi yung lobby at stairs ng vivere kaya nagandahan talaga kami ni fiance.

1st choice ko sana yung The Palms kaso ayaw ng Fiance ko. He opted for Fernbrooks. Ok na din, mas maganda naman yung ambiance sa Fernbrooks. Yung ayaw ko lang sa The Palms, medyo dull yung venue nila.

^yun nga sis medyo dull pero with styling mukhang magiging ok naman. plan ko lagyan ng drapes and nice lighting para ok na.
