I saw sa blog ni richard poon kung san reception nila sa bellevue, don pala sila sa vue bar nag reception so I asked for their rates, wait ko nalang reply nila. Mukhang maganda kasi don

(as part of research/canvass etc) nag inquire ako sa bagong hotel along Alabang (Crimson Hotel) and I got their rates na.. pretty reasonable din yung price.. but since bago din.. syempre parang curious din ako kung masarap yung food or buffet nila.. hehe anyone here na nag check? hehe.. thanks.

ok naman food sa Crimson. been there twice. mabait mga tao. yung room kasi namin amoy smoke, pagtawag ko ayun kasama agad manager nagdala ionizer tas tinatanong kung ok lang kami ano pa pwede nila gawin.

^ we stayed here a couple of weeks ago. ok lang ang food. yung breakfast buffet lang ang na-try namin and just had dinner somewhere else. maganda nga yung place and amenities, nice pool area. ang comment ko lang is nung breakfast buffet na, there was a long line because the breakfast area is too small. naloka lang ako kasi ngayon lang ako naka-encounter na may pila talaga sa breakfast buffet and you really had to wait long before you had to be seated. tapos it really felt like they were understaffed/undermanned because the plates were always running out and they were slow in refilling the food. the waiters were also inattentive to our requests such that we had to repeat it over and over. exasperating lang. anyways, this is buffet naman kasi. so if weddings, it might be a different story. just make sure that there are sufficient staff and waiters assigned to your wedding.

I checked crimson also. food was so so... and the lobby is at the 8th floor, so if your thinking of nice photos with the bridal car next to lobby forget about it. the entrance is a desk and a tiny elevator that leads to the real lobby upstairs. the pool and the lobby are nice. but still, no points cause the hotel outside doesn't look pleasing.

Puro hotels sa Alabang area, gusto sana namen ni h2b events place lang kaya lang very limited lang din ang choices...

have you inquired na sa the palms sis? masarap food dun.    or there's the filinvest tent, pero i heard super mahal ang rent. tapos wala pang styling yun. you may also wanna check out paradiso terrestre and versailles palace. oh and leslie's alabang as well, altho i heard parang mainit ata yung venue.  we were considering alabang din before when we started planning pero decided on a more southern venue. haha.. found this blog by the way, just in case you havent come across it yet. it might help   http://www.theblogforbrides.com/1/post/2010/12/alabang-wedding-venues.html

^close na ata leslies sis, filinvest tent parang 200k ata ang rent, pag half nasa 100k kaso half palang non 400 pax na kasya masayado malaki hehe

yes sis, mukang eto nga ang mapipili namen ni h2b then purple dish as catering. Sabi samen ng AE nila they might have an increase in rates mid this year kaya dapat mahabol na agad ang booking pag sure na kame ni h2b. Hehe

Thanks sis dito! We've checked filinvest tent and super laki.kakalog kalog kame dito. Will check-out the palms since maganda ang reviews sa food. Naisip ko din ACC kaya lang wala mashado reviews..hehe

Accredited caterer si purple dish? Ako talaga gusto ko sana versailles kaso ayaw ni fiance mas mapapamahal daw. Pero tingin ko same lang sa hotel e.

Kaya i chose Acacia over the rest and im so happy I did!

Palms
The VIllage Sports Club
Alabang Country Club
Fernbrook (kaso imo this place is too tacky)
Acacia has a very nice outdoor venue too at the deck

Biased opinion lang ako sa Acacia cause that's where i held my reception and because they offered the best package compared to all the rest i checked and listed here.

Fernbrook (kaso imo this place is too tacky)

natawa naman ako dito sis. i just think fernbrook is overrated na kasi hehe. i agree about acacia. among all the alabang hotels, they are the best in terms of customer-service.

San yun the village sports club? Fernbrook hindi ako nagagandahan eh. Ang mahal pa hehe. Ponticelli din is a nice place kaso ang liit din ng clubhouse nila.
