Macau Guide (Thread 7)

mga sis ask ko lang any suggestion for cheap accommodation for two? I was searching sa agoda and for me masyadong mahal.. 9:30 pm arrival namin then sa morning maga rin kami mag out to explore macau since sa night papunta na kami HK.

we booked Best Western Sun Sun Hotel ok naman sya! nice rooms, mabait din the staff and daming Pinoy na staff nila. it's beside Ole London Hotel.

hi po mga sis... i didn't know na may macau guide thread pala.. this post is originally posted sa ibang thread... i hope you ca help me..

ask ko lang po kung san kame pwede mag iwan ng baggage sa macau, kasi po we'll be leaving din in the evening for our flight back to manila...

original we plan to stay for the night after our 2nights in HK but, i got a tour to shenzen and we all want to go to Shenzen as well so, we resorted in staying another night in hk because our SZ tour will be on 3rd day..

So, instead of travelling at night to macau.. we'll just stay for another night in HK and check out early for Macau tour and Gondola ride at Venetian hotel, then proceed to the airport in the evening for our flight back to manila...

Now, our dilemma is to find a place where we could leave our 7luggages or we'll be left with no choice but to tag them along with us.. which will become a night mare 

any advise please... TIA...

malaki ba ang beds nila sis? we're 4 kasi but planning to book 1 room lang with 2 beds.

We are now here at Macau and trying to score discounted tickets for House of Dancing Water kaso walang nagooffer na pinoy. Waaah!

^^sis wala, nakailang pinoy kame sa loob ng COD feeling namen nahuli sila about it or sadyang ayaw na.. ending ako lang mag-isa nanood since HKD 580 ang cheapest but true enough super sulit ang bayad! a must-see experience plus the Tree of Prosperity and Dragon sa Wynn Macau.

We were not able to go to MGM sayang, tapos we stayed in Venetian which is very sulit. Kakainis lang ang kakulangan ng train at bus stations kaya aun taxi mode..

TIP: try the egg tart sa right corner side pagbaba from St. Paul Ruin's pinay yung nagwowork dun, mas masarap sya kesa sa egg tart sa HK.

Medyo mahirap mag sneak in sa best western sun, malapit kasi ang reception sa elevators. The beds are also small but nice naman yung room.

sissies question, ok lang naman if we purchase ferry tickets sa ferry terminal na mismo on the day itself? or need talaga advance purchase? on a saturday din kasi yun intended visit namin to macau, hindi naman na fufully booked agad yung mga ferry? TIA!

^pwede naman sis dun ka mag buy sa ferry terminal on the sameday ng alis mo... what time ba plan mo umalis ng HK? kasi weekend ang alis mo baka maraming tao agahan mo nalang siguro pagpunta mo sa ferry sa preferred time na gusto mo

Hi girls! I'm going to Macau next week for my first solo trip. I just learned that the hotel that I booked no longer has shuttle service to and from the hotel. Safe naman ba mag-taxi sa Macau? first time ko mag-solo trip so medyo paranoid ako sa safety. Thanks!

^Safe naman sis, but make sure you have the Chinese name of the places/streets you'll go to. My airbnb host even sent me her address written in Chinese characters so I can just show it to the taxi driver. Some taxi drivers there can't understand English, some don't even know where Senado Square is because they refer to it as San Ma Lo.

Sisses, beware lang kayo sa mga Pinoy sa Ferry Terminal na nag-aalok ng tour services kuno nila. We just got back and there was this one guy who kept following us around when we were looking for the buses, insisting that we hire him as a guide for HKD150/pax dahil wala daw kaming mamimiss na spots. Pare-parehas naman daw kaming Pinoy. Sobrang kulit niya as in nairita na mom ko sinita na siya. He wants to charge us that much tapos isasakay niya kami sa mga free shuttle ano kala niya sa'min hilo
