Dios mio Atty. Fortun(E) sino ba naman si Vhong Navarro para ilagay ng NATIONAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION ang kanilang credibility sa kapahamakan para protektahan ang isang artista?

Hindi naman basta basta ahensya lang ng gobyerno yan. Aminin natin na hindi maganda ang tingin ng mga tao sa kapulisan pero ibang usapan kung NBI na ang nag imbestiga, hindi naman basta basta lang ang mga agent ng NBI at karamihan sa mga yan ay abogado din. I don't think NBI will tamper the evidence presented to public particularly if the case is this sensational.

Ano daw sabi ni Atty.? Out of court settlement daw yong hinihingi na P2M na danyos at hindi sya  extortion. Bigla tuloy akong napabasa ng Code of Conduct ng lawyers. For those interested, here's the link......

Re Atty. Raymond Fortun, it's not a surprise to me and to my colleagues in the legal profession why he is siding with CL.  He and his brother are not exactly lily-white, if you know what I mean.

  Ano ba talaga for video or photo editing? Yang dalawang magkaibang bagay na yan ay hindi small things to deal may bearing pa rin yan. Photo editing? Photoshop is easy

I thought Globe released a statement na they couldnt retrieve the deleted messages anymore? Tapos ngayon na-retrieve na, ganon?

As what i can remember, Globe said they will not release the text messages without the court order. Lam ko din may previous case na nag release ang Globe ng text messages history.

Yup, this is true. When someone close to us was murdered a few years ago, we wanted to get the text messages from his phone. An NBI detective who was handling our case advised us it was possible, pero kailangan ng court order daw para ibigay ng Globe.

In a recent development the camp of Deniece filed an Omnibus Motion for Temporary Protection Order which was set in Branch 69 of RTC 69 in Taguig on the same date. Attorney Mallonga filed a Motion to Postpone said hearing which was objected to by Atty Howard Calleja. I am publishing documents in pdf format to prove that they were not tampered the way to was really filed. For everyone's perusal.
Chances are if things don't materialize, the Preliminary Hearing at the DOJ would be postponed thus delaying the P.I. which brings me to mind the question is this a legal maneuver to delay the proceedings? Just asking.

i remember nga yung lawyer nila was questioning NBI bakit daw ang bilis ng actions parang diba dapat nga matuwa sila, kasi sila ang agrabyado dito.

Naku, kahit pa sabihin nirape sya ni Vhong, sa bugbog na ginawa nila kay VN as if lalapitan pa sya non. Takot lang nung tao.

Re deleted messages, I used to worked for a digital forensics company based in US.

Kahit anong klaseng phone 'yan, kaya iretrieve 'yung messages/pics/videos na na-delete. But like what I said, kailangan din ng extensive training to use the tool. The gadget brand is Cellebrite (search it on google for more info). At kailangan ng license at permit para makabili at makapag-train. Pero dahil sa bureaucracy sa Pinas, matagal-tagal na proseso para maka-step 1 ka man lang.

Oo nga! rape victim tapos puro delay? Gusto pa nga nila magtravel nung February 6 eh! Hindi ba dapat kapag rape victim she is seeking for justice agad. Kung suspect pala si Vhong bakit mukhang si Vhong pa ang naghahabol ng mabilis rito  saka walang delaying tactics.

Yung ginawang panghaharass ng mga lalakeng ito kay Vhong, para siya nga yung na Gang Rape eh! ng mga lalake eh! Ano ito gay version?

As much as I want to think na VN really raped DC pero mismong sina DC and CL ang nagbibigay sa akin ng doubt sa mga sinasabi nila..

Usap-usapan ngayon na ang totoong bf ni Deniece eh yung Tomboy na kapatid ni Cedric Lee, nagtataka ba kayo bakit nasa eksena lagi ang tomboy na yan? Kasi nga sya ang bf talaga, matagal ko ng kilala si deniece since college pa sya, nagkabf na nga sya before ng tomboy so hindi na imposible yun ngayon lalo na't mayaman pa. Naaawa ako sa Dad nya, sobrang bait nun before, nakakahiya talaga si deniece and nakakahiya sa mga kabatch nya na kilalang kilala na sya . Marami kayang galit sa girl na yan kasi masyadong social climber. Feeling nya lahat ng talent nasa kanya na kaya angtaas ng tingin sa sarili.
