i read a post in facebook na hindi daw pwedeng magamit against CL and DC ang 1st interview nila because walang lawyer silang kasama that time?

Diba the 1st interview CL said na caught in the act si VN? so since hindi pwede gamitin sa court yon, ani ito change kwento na?

Yung lola, ninang ininterview and they are behind DC daw.  Nakausap din dad ni DC through phone and sabi nya pareho din, laban ni DC, laban daw ng buong pamilya.

Yung lola ang sabi nya kay vhong - sinira daw ni Vhong yung reputation ng family nila...  Dapat daw finifilter ng media yung mga pinapalabas...

In my opinion an interview freely given to media, which belongs to the Fourth State, even bereft of counsel can be used. There have been precedence that would prove me right.
If Atty Fortun and his paneros decide no to put Cedric on the witness stand then that's the only time it cannot be used.
It is almost impossible that he will not sit on the witness stand and if what he says is completely different (in some points) from what he has said in an interview let's say with Channels 2 or 7, then the defense can impeach that and confront him with the statement he freely gave to media. Alam naman ni Raymund yan!

Even si Che mga 16 lang ata nung nakuha ni Singson, super ganda nya nun, flawless and maputi, nag gain weight na nga sya now before kasi slim talaga parang model.
