watch the news kanina.. nakakaloka yun atty. calleja(?).. special treatment daw si vhong at ang bilis bilis ng usad ng kaso.. para sa mga diumano'y sila na "biktima", hindi ba dapat matuwa sila na umuusad ang kaso? pati ata si atty. naguluhan na sa script.. lol.

Ayaw kasi ng mga Atty ang mabilis. Sanay na sila sa mabagal. Para mas malaki din ang kanilang attorneys fee  . (hindi naman lahat)

I know a lawyer who do this. Kaya ang advice niya lagi, kung kaya pa ng amicable settlement, grab the opportunity. Maimpluwensya kasi both parties?ah for sure tatagal yan. Gagamitan ng maraming twist just like waht is happening to VN case.

Baka ma set aside pa muna ang kasong ito kasi may maibabalita na naman ang media ang pagbabalik ng isang sangkot sa PDAF scam yun aid ata ni Jinggoy. Just returned back from USA.  Oh well very influential pala talaga mga connection ni CL, di man sila physical supportive (so they can hide their identity sa masa) kay CL they use their power and tactics to divert to other issues.

In an interview, sinabi ni Atty. Calleja na character assassination ang ginagawa kay CL dahil sa pagdadawit ng past cases nito. 

LOL. Kapag inuungakat na babaero si Vhong at may mga narape na diumano ee ebidesnya sakanila, pero kapag inuungkat mga pambubugbog at pag extort ni CL from cetain personalities ee character assassination naman.  Double standard langs

PERO all other reports, i believe vhong. mali lang talaga ang pagkakaexplain ni dra. psychologist, lumabas tuloy di siya scientific nor professional in her assessments...

Now that Fortun's on CL's camp, i lost na may interest sa case, manonood pa din ako ng balita but if his face shows up on TV, lipat ng channel.

Sa pananaw ko lang bilang ordinaryong mamamayan, I don't get it why really good and intelligent lawyers (i presume matatalino sila considering ang hirap mag law di ba) decide to take cases like this, when its so obvious kung sino may mali at lumabag sa batas. Parang nakakawalan ng respeto, nakakahinayang. They could be helping really innocent people instead of crooks. Wala naman masama or pwedeng pumigil sa kanila na gawin yun, I just don't understand the logic or the principle behind it.

Lalo na't alam ko na babaligtarin lang nila lahat.

twelvth_goddess, agree with you sis. most likely, people are thinking na mas malamang-lamang na matapos ang kasong VN vs DC and CL kaysa matapos ang case na Napoles. Sa dami ng crooks and politicians and high-profile  people involved in the Napoles case covering their asses, well, malabo-labong matapos agad yan. At least sa case na ito, tatlo lang sila so far, and maybe a handful of generals and politicians on CL's side.

Ako naman, I disagree with Fortun's statements regarding the psychologist. I don't understand what Fortun wanted to hear from the psychologist, if I remember it right, she was asked to interpret or give her opinions about the three people's behaviors during the interview - so she did. 'Demonise' is too strong a word to use for that report, because after watching it, I didn't see CL as a demon, liar lang naman. And as for scientific basis, well observing and interpreting human behavior is part of what psychologists study, and I have a strong belief that they do base those behavior interpretations on scientific studies. I highly doubt she just came up with those interpretations on the fly, she has a medical license to protect after all. But coming from a smart person like Atty. Fortun, his statement sounds strong and convincing ano?  That's how good he is. Tsk. Good move si CL sa pagkuha sa kanya.

Tingin ko naman hindi front si Ramos and Binunus. Kasi nagpakita sila agad sa NBI, tsaka si Ramos pa mismo nagsabi na intact naman ang furnishings ng condo. In which case, that statement is salungat sa nasabi na ni Cedric.

Channel 2 has beefed up the lawyers of Vhong Navarro. Atty Alma Mallonga will remain, Atty Ayo Bautista, the lawyers of the Star Witness Clarisse Ocampo in Erap's Impeachment trial will come in; Atty Poblador the lawyer in the impeachement trail of CJ Corona will also join, plus the three (3) man lady panel after probable cause is established in the preliminary investigation. Atty's Valdez, Herrera and Tordesilla's.

Lawyer Dennis Manalo of course will still be around. He has resigned from the Siguion Reina Law Office to concentrate on Vhong's cas and that of the newly arrived Star Witness in the PDAF scam, Ruby Tuazon. So all in all there will be seven battery of lawyers to face Atty Raymond Fortun and Atty Howard Calleja.

Hindi magpapatalo sina CL thats for sure.. Ilang kaso na ba ang nalagpasan ni CL in the past...
