Natawa ako sa rules na naka lagay sa stick note sa condo ni Deniece:

Rules is a must:

1. No boys sleepover
2. No shoes allowed
3. No bad and immoral actions
4. Bring food =)

#1.  No sleepovers.   
Puede stay-in, kahit ano gawin puede,  basta no sleeping?  Oo nga naman, kelangan pag boy eh pagkikitahan; pag tulog nga naman walang pay per eff.  Este, pay per view? Pay per kapkapan/ bj?

#2.   No shoes.  Wala ko nakita sa Video nag tanggal  ng shoes.  Pero sac cuento, meron no -  uhhmmm, you know.   Or baka, sa bed referring to? 

#3.   No bad & immoral actions.  Susko.  Baket walang  tinamaan  ng kidlat?! 
This is so kapalmukz  in-denial.

#4.  Bring food.  Oo nga, Eto common gawa with  pokz or pokz request per my gang of BFF males.  Kasi daw ayaw na ng guy dine-out with pokz at makita pa sila;  sayang oras -- get the effing business done agad (or makarami monkey business) tapos,  uwi na si guy. 

#5. Maintain cleanliness.    Well, that's a shorter way to say:  Keep the business premises orderly for the next customer.
Or, referring to personal hygiene;  the goods must be fresh kuno (sorry, medj crude na ito).  .  Susko

I think, based sa post and replies ni Atty, he will be one of CL's and DC's lawyers. This makes me sad and afraid honestly. Siguro nabasa ng camp nila CL yung posts ni Atty about the DC-Vhong-CL case (if you haven't read his posts, you should kasi very informative). To summarize, Atty Fortun believes no rape occurred and no extortion as well.. only "a simple case of a philandering TV personality getting beaten up after being caught inside a condominium provided by a boyfriend?"And hindi daw uubra yung illegal detention case ni Vhong against CL's camp. He explained it in the comments, and I have to say, if they will use his arguments, CL's camp could walk away free, since serious physical injuries is bailable. Tsk tsk.

Nakakainis, but I think it's confirmed. Money can buy freedom. At 'yun ang meron si Cedric, lots of dirty money.

Mukhang nahalata na nila Cedric na mahina ang laban nila kung si Calleja ang lawyer nila. Kakalungkot ang justice system sa Pinas. Sana makulong lang kahit paano sila Cedric para naman maranasan niya ang mawalan ng power.

Ang read ko dito ay parang rules sa cliente niya. And ang basa ko nga rin sa #2 eh gaya kay sis aquacharly na no shoes sa bed. 



Regarding sa nakawan naman sa condo the day after. Susme, bakit niya bigla nireport ito sa guard - baka ang motive nya is to change lang the locks.  Gawa gawa lang nya ng istorya.  Kasi kung yung rape na hindi naman nya tinuloy eh pina blotter nya, eh ito, hindi naman.  So dito palang lumalabas na mahilig gumawa ng kwento itong si DC at CL.


Tapos si Binunus (yung nagr-rent ng unit from unit owner) sabi na meet nya si Deniece sa CLUB SA MALATE.  Tapos sinasabi ni Deniece mabait sya hindi sya nagc-clubbing?  Another story that conflicts about her character.

Can't blame people who believe she's a high class h**ker. Where does she meet these guys? Cedric is in his 40s and the Malaysian dude looked like he's about the same age as CL. If she enjoys the company of older guys what can they possibly talk about lol eh simpleng interview (sabi nga dun sa funny link shared by a sis) parang naghihingalo na yung natitirang brain cells niya eh.

The Malaysian guy Binunus eh mukhang nasa 50s nanga.

Tomorrow Vhong is leaving the hospital around lunch time.
I have made arrangements with the PNP that he be escorted by an elite team of SWAT MEMBERS since he will go to the Department of Justice for his Preliminary Investigation.

It was previously scheduled on February 14, but the counsels of Vhong requested that I talk to Prosecutor General Claro Arellano for the panel to allow him to affirm his affidavits before them.
After that he will be brought home still escorted by the SWAT TEAM where security will be posted 24/7 to ensure his safety and that of his family.

I would like to thank Sec. Mar Roxas, General Leonardo Espina, General Valmoria of the NCRPO and Genral Richard Albano of the Quezon City Police Department. Ang babaw ng issue nila Fortun & Calleja. Bakit daw hindi ipinaalam sa tenant (DC) na pupunta at magse-search ang NBI. May krimeng naganap, magpapaalam ka pa?! E si DC bakit hindi niya din sinabi kay Binunus na bukod sa nakawan eh may nangyari pang bubugan sa unit na 'yun?

Besides, hindi na nagpaalam pa ang NBI. Baka humiling ka na naman daw na magdala sila ng "foods"!

you may have missed on a simple fact -- shabu labs are raided after the raiders apply for a search warrant.  This was NOT done when they entered DC's unit.  The NBI people -- who are PRESUMED to know the law and the rights of others -- violated a basic property right of a lessee/tenant.

What other illegal act are they capable of? *wink

Yeah but if you don't have anything to hide... why should one be afraid of "surprise" visits especially if you know you hold the truth?   Also, if you're convinced Mr. Navarro is lying from the start... then how about Mr. Lee & Ms. Cornejo? Anyway, I'm no legal expert and I'm just thinking out loud.

Wala pa siyang sagot. Again, I'm for the lesser evil. At walang karapatan si Atty. Fortun na husgahan si Vhong for being a womanizer. As if siya eh hindi nambabae sa tanang buhay niya (kunwari walang intriga sa kanya). Courtesy nga siguro ang hinihingi nila for DC. Pero ang may-ari at 'yung nagbabayad na ang nagbigay ng permiso sa authority para mapabilis ang usad ng imbestigasyon. I think I'll agree with you @wineforwinter, delaying tactics ito.

ang weird talaga ni deniece... may pambayad sa lawyer pero walang pambayad sa upa or pambili ng condo unit? 

I doubt sya nagbabayad, malamang si CL ang nagbabayad nyan. Kung meron man dapat gawin itong si DC sa buhay nya e mag aral sya ulit baka sakali dumirecho pag iisip nya. 

Hindi lang magaling na lawyer ang kailangan nila, Dapat yung kayang baligtarin lahat ng bagay. Dapat kasi bago nila pinagsasalita ang babae na yan sa interviews e pag usapan nila ang sasabihin nyan, sila din kasi nag lulubog sa sarili nila.

Walang nagmamatch sa mga sinasabi at kwento nila, hindi na kasalanan ni Vhong yun.  May kanya kanyang kwento yan, nagkataon ang CCTV at ang karamihan ng evidence pabor kay Vhong, so natural mas mataas ang sympathy ng public sa kanya.

Both the tenant and the lessor allowed the search/ocular of the unit without the warrant. wala namang sigurong right si Deniece kasi nakikitira Lang naman siya. I doubt there was even a contract between her and the Malaysian.

same here. hindi naman si deniece ang owner ng condo, not even the lessee, NAKIKITIRA lang sya so she has no legal rights to the condo. Maybe nung nagpunta sa NBI yung Soledad Ramos and the Malaysian guy, they were already asked if NBI could search the unit. And why would the 2 disagree? eh kung tutuusin perwisyo pa sa kanila na nadamay sila di ba.

grabe nakakainit ng ulo mga arguments ng camp ni DC and CL, talaga lang napalitan lahat ng gamit na sira pero food na dala ni Vhong di man lang naitapon. Nakakagigil lutang na lutang kasinungalingan nina DC and CL pero ayan pilt binabaluktot ang batas. Sana bilis bilisan naman yung usad ng kaso.
