Mga sis help naman, 2 years ago i worked as a call center agent for 4 months, then nag awol ako kasi nagaral na ko ulit. I know hindi maganda mag awol pero ganun na ang nangyari.. Now na graduate na ko, I am applying for a job related to my course, and hindi ko dineclare ba may work experience na ko kasi nga wala namana ako clearance from my previous job, question ko is will my current employer know na may sss, pagibig at philhealth contribution na ako? May access ba sila para malaman yun? I hope someone will reply.

For companies na strict ang background investigation, they will be able to find out all the companies you have worked for. I saw a lot of employees na who do not declare all their job who got terminated due to integrity issues. Medyo late na kasi dumadating yung BI results eh kaya nakastart na si employee sa company.

If yong company na papasukan mo magpapa back ground investigation malalaman at malalaman yan, if not ok lang. Apply ka lang sis wag matakot.. and kapag tinanong ka pwede mo namang sabihin na hindi ka pa nakakakuha ng certificate.

I have a friend na nag wowork sa call center industry na tuwing hindi nya nakakasundo ang boss nya or hindi na nya gusto ginagawa nya or yung kalakaran nag AAWOL sya. Hindi nya dinedeclare yun sa mga inaapplyan nya na,susunod pero nakikita nun company na may past work sya. Ang naging problema lang nya alam ko is yung sa NBI kasi parang dumoble dati kasi nya work sa cubao so registered sya dun tapos nag apply sya next sa makati ayun dalawa. Bale ayun lang inayos nya.

unless you're also applying in a call center agency or any job which is related to your job before, you are never required to write your work experience.

now the question is, would HR's really do a background check? the answer is most HR don't investigate kasi it's a waste of time. unless you're applying for a position na very very important na kailangan talaga ng background check. (i.e. any jobs relating to banks. bawal kasi sa banks ang may mga unpaid and neglected credits)
