ask ko lang mga sis.. is there's a need ba to set a meeting sa mga suppliers mo before the big day? if oo ano yung mga need pagusapan? like ba example for p/v supplier, need pa ba to talk to them kung ano yung mga gusto niyo makita sa output ng videos nila or pics o hayaan niyo lang gawin nila yung style na ginagawa nila? ganun ba dapat mga sis?

It depends kung gaano ka ka-particular sa details ng wedding mo. Kung kaya niyo na pag-usapan yung mga requirements via phone/text/email, then ok lang naman not to have a face-to-face meeting.

Normally kasi, couples would like to have that this-is-it feeling with their suppliers para sure na makaka-jive nila. It also helps kung meron kang mga requests or kung gusto mo maglambing sa kanila for freebies or discounts hehe

In our case, we met with our P/V suppliers. Gusto din nila kami ma-meet and then pinagusapan mga details like what time sila andun, ilang tao sila, may preference ba sa pagkain, may transpo ba sila, paano magbackup ng files, etc. etc.
Sa output, I also said na ayoko yung mga serious shots o kaya maddrama. I want candid happy moments saka yung ma-capture mga bagay na dapat kong maalala.

I have some suppliers na di ko na meet like HMUA, L/S, those for minor details like meals on the day.

@sexy^pink, it depends sayo if gusto mo talaga silang imeet personally before your big day. ako kasi one time ko lang mineet yung suppliers ko. yung day na pinabooked ko sila. haha. kasi ako di naman ako nagbago dahil bago ko sila pinabooked ilang beses ako nagisip kung feel ko sila. (impt un) minsan kahit gaano kaganda kung di mo feel [textspeak!] aura. dba?

ang impt lang after na meet mo sila personally. dont forget to make ffup emails & text for the details etc.

Hi again! sharing my progress on my supplier booking.

Photo: Sunday Morning Studios. We finally decided to book them.
Video: Silay Studios. We weren't planning to get video coverage anymore but when we saw their work and the rates, kasya pa sa budget! They were also recommended by a friend.
Florist: Cheri Handicrafts. Instead of getting fresh flowers, I opted to have it hand made para I can keep it after the wedding. I ordered the bridal and female ento bouquets from Cheri.

Yes to The Filling Station! Consumable yung rate and their food is really good Parking lang problem and the environment. Better to go there in the morning.
