Nung una naaawa pa ako kay Deniece kasi inisip ko na baka she's doing all this out of fear of Cedric.

Then naalala ko na ang kalandian naman nya talaga (and desire for easy money) ang nagdala sa kanya sa ganitong situation.

mga sis sorry pero naiinis na talaga ako kay deniece napaka sinungaling. hindi ko magets bakit tinuloy nya pa din yung rape case lalo lang siya nagmukhang sinungaling dahil hindi tugma sa cctv yung mg statement nya eh!

^Same question din sis, sa dinami-dami ng updates yung warrant of arrest din ang hinihintay ko. Sabi rin sa news na bale-wala ang look out order na yan kung wala namang warrant of arrest.

I think Deniece was a victim of CL . akala nya siguro naka jackpot kay CL dahil mayaman.  Who knows baka marami na silang   victim using this modus operandi at si Deniece ang pain and  si CL ang mastermind. Vhong and Deniece are both victims of their own wrong doings and kalandian.

MANILA -- The Bureau of Immigration (BI) has posted the photos of businessman Cedric Lee, model Deniece Cornejo and three other people involved in the mauling of Vhong Navarro at its counters in the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).

This, following the issuance of a lookout bulletin order against Lee, Cornejo, Bernice Lee (Lee's sister), Ferdinand Guerrero, and Zimmer Rance.

The BI clarified, however, that it cannot prevent the five from leaving the country, and will only report such incident to the Department of Justice (DOJ) and National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).

The five are among eight people who allegedly mauled Navarro in Forbeswood Heights in Taguig City on the evening of January 22.

Navarro earlier filed charges of serious illegal detention, serious physical injuries, grave threats, grave coercion and blackmail against Lee, Cornejo and company.

Cornejo, meanwhile, has filed a rape complaint against Navarro.

The LBO was isued upon the order of Justice Secretary Leila De Lima, acting on a formal request dated Jan. 29 from newly installed NBI Director Atty. Virgilio Mendez.

The BI and NBI are both attached agencies of the Department of Justice (DOJ).

In a memorandum, also dated Jan. 29, to BI Commissioner Siegfred Mison, De Lima ordered the bureau to "[p]romptly relay to the Office of the Secretary, this Department (DOJ), to the Office of the Prosecutor General [Claro Arellano] and to the National Bureau of Investigation any pertinent information, especially those tending to indicate that the subject individuals are attempting to leave the country, and in order to obtain updates as to the status of their case and other relevant information that may be the basis for the proper course of action to be taken by the immigration officer." -- Report from Henry Atuelan, dzMM; With a report from Ina Reformina, ABS-CBN News

This is irritating, until now ba wala pang warrant of arrest? Kabagal naman, di paba sila natuto sa nangyari sa Ramgen case, tapos eto na naman, aalis na ng bansa ang mga suspect.

And worse, the BI cannot prevent them from leaving the country, only relay info to the NBI and DOJ. If that is the case, dapat may standby and ready nang mga tao that will prevent them from leaving the country.

Teka, may na-release bang some sort of court order na bawal sila umalis ng bansa?

Well sorry sa mga fans..but for me karma na rin yan kay Vhong..nakahanap lang siya ng katapat niya..feeling ko nagselos lang yan si Cedric at gusto siyang patayin...Karma din kay Deniece nang dahil sa kalandian niya, ayan tuloy umabot pa nationwide..at karma din kay Cedric dahil sa kayabangan niya ayan lumabas lahat ng kaso niya..pati BIR pala hinahabol na din siya..hehe..

Update from Tony Calvento:
Vhong Navarro called me up to thank me personally for the help and support I have been extending. He was still emotional and I promised him that I'll see this one through. He sees your posts on the fb account and would like to thank everyone of you for his support. Sabi ko di sila bibitiw sa 'yo.

They have already taken the tube off his nose but still under observation if there will be bleeding. He complains about the pain on his right side, just a little above his stomach. He use to have an operation there. He said that when he gets out of the hospital and try to convince John Lloyd and Jake to come out but he cannot blame them if they are afraid to speak out.

He promised to visit me personally once he is alright.
In another vein the DOJ Secretary Leila Delima has formed a panel of prosecutor's, (three ladies) Olivia Torrevillas, Elvira Herrera and Hazel Valdez to conduct the Preliminary Investigation on the case filed by Vhong Navarro at the Department of Justice.

The reason for assigning 3 prosecutors is to expedite the proceedings for an early resolution.
