According to Deniece, Na rape siya.  Based on CCTV, 1 minute lang yun pagitan ng mga pangyayari na andun si Vhong, nag "MINUTE TO WIN IT" rape si Vhong?  tindi nun. hehe.

Let's give the girl the benefit of the doubt, maybe there was rape/attempted rape. Maybe not on the 2nd meeting but on the first (maybe the girl was forced to do the OS?) BUT still that does not justify the INHUMANE torture on Vhong. In the end, walang pinagkaiba si torturer kay rapist. If people can just go putting the law into their own hands, we will all go to the dogs (nagagalit tayo sa mga vigilantes, eh anong tawag mo kay CL?)

Some are saying Deniece is getting trial by publicity. Anong pinagkaiba nun sa ginawa kay Vhong? Punishment without trial?

@germaine fyi sis ninong ng anak ni  cedric si chavit kay vina. And nagpupunta sa bahay ni chavit si cedric so meaning close sila. Sa ig ni deniece makikita mo andun sya sa victory party ni manny pacquiao na close rin kay chavit na also ninong ni ceana (anak ni vina)

In addition to that, I don't think Chavit will be that stupid para ipagamit yung plane nya only to be discovered ng NBI na sya ang tumulong para makalabas ng bansa sina Deniece and co. I don't see that my latter post was in any way anti-female. Is it prohibited sa GT to discuss matters that we think, somehow, is connected to Vhong's case? This is a forum with female members but it doesn't mean na we need to support someone for the mere reason na kapareho ng gender.

sis hunny_ally, very good point - oo nga ano? maari nga naman. that would put a new twist to everything, kasi ang concentration ngayon ay sa Jan 22 eh, not that first meeting. And if indeed, the rape will be qualified based on the OS that happened on that first meeting, na Deniece's camp can say was forced, paano kaya iyon ma-medico legal? may way kaya? kasi kung walang way, well - that was a very good move by Atty Calleja, kaya sinabi nang hindi na kailangan ang medico-legal. And they just might have gotten  a more 'solid' base to work on for the rape case. And who knows, it just might be true. Although of course the serious physical injuries part still stands, nambugbog pa din sila. Illegal detention too. Yun dalawa medyooo, mahirap iwasan, even if they were 'fighting back' to allegedly actuate revenge or ipagtanggol ang isang babae - more than 5 people against one?

sis, if the girl is using the 1st night as basis for her case filing, still doesn;t make sense that she's pursuing rape charges since there was no consummation the first time. both the girl and vhong admitted nothing happened on the 17th, so kung meron man dapat attempted rape nga. saan nia kaya pinupulot yung actual rape? now that she's been caught lying, how credible pa kaya yung mga susunod nyang sasabihin?

Kung yung first meeting pagbabasehan, pwede nga noh? But how about yung statements nila nung una? Diba sabi yung basis nila is nung nakita si Vhong na nakapatong? Napaka inconsistent naman.

We  have a Chinese   visitor  ( he is from mainland China ) , who heard us  discussing this issue . When we told him this story of Vhong being beaten up and blackmailed after the girl cried rape. He immediately remarked that this ploy was copied from the modus operandi of goons in China . Siya na nga kaagad nagsabi na I am sure may video yan.

Mostly daw nga sa mga may asawa na guys or pupular men ginigawa para i blackmail, nagpapain ng beautiful girls.
 
So,  siguro marami na rin nabiktima ang grupo na ito, hindi lang siguro pumalag yung iba para huwag na mapahiya.
