Please share the products you use, or any way, to achieve shiny and healthy looking hair.

...
I have dry, oily scalp, and it looks really dry. Please feel free to suggest anything and discuss it here :(

I don't have the prettiest hair, but I could say my hair is in the best condition it has ever been. Here's some of the things I DO PERSONALLY to make it healthier and look shinier :

• Shampoo every other day (I co-wash on days I don't shampoo)
• Weekly deep treatment with Virgin Coconut Oil or other deep conditioning treatments I feel like doing/applying.
• Apply hair serum on lower half of hair. (Currently using Human ♥ Nature's smoothing serum)
• Comb hair w/ real goats horn comb and comb hair regularly.
• Stop usage of hot tools. (I only use them on special occasions.)
• Avoid damaging hairstyles
• Have proper diet and exercise regularly. Healthy lifestyle = healthy body, hair, nails, skin, and mind.

That's all I could think of right now, hope it helps!  ;)

Hi sis. I feel you.

As in torture hair ko. From super haba and bagsak na hair naging dry and frizzy hair ko.

This is the first step na ginawa ko sis.

Magbabad ka ng argan oil or macadamia oil or olive oil over night with or without shower cap on then rinse mo next day with mild shampoo. Tyagaan lang to sis. Kelangan mo lang sya gawin makikita mo yung effect after ilang weeks.

If you are willing to shed money this i recommend you sis. Kerastase vitaciment or oleo fusion. Nakavials sila sis. Nagpaganito ako before kasi eto yun nirecommeng ng senior stylist dun gusto ko kasi sana parebond that time. Pero worth it sis.

So frustrating and nakakababa ng self steem. Pero now ok na sya. Healthy looking na. And love n love ko yung shine nya and wavy effect.

Welcome sis ;)

^^Thanks again. Hindi ba malagkit pag nilagyan ng oil? Hindi nakakaweigh, ayoko kasi ng bagsak :) And which is the best oil- Argon oil, olive oil, or macadamia oil? On a budget din kasi thank you :)

Sis mike i prefer argan oil above all.

Ako instead of argan oil dahil nga pricey, I use HHN's sunflower beauty oil. It makes my hair shiny and smooth. :)

tapos ipapatrim mo every month..

First time to post here..madalas kasi ako sa Engagements and Weddings  ;D

Anyway, for my hair I tried using ACV and yes, super shiny and lambot nya after ..yun nga lang, tiis-ganda sa amoy ng apple cider vinegar!  ;) I switched shampoos and conditioner every month or pag naubos na sila. :D I shampoo my hair every other day, apply conditioner sa end lang ng hair and  use once a week deep treatment (pag sinisipag ako  :D)

If possible, wash hair every other day in cold water.

Use wide toothed comb while combing wet hair

I use acca kappa's boar hair paddle brush. it distributes oil so keep hair shiny. this is most effective way to get shiny, expensive looking hair (at least for me) ;D

Heat protector when using hair dryers

Pareho tayo ng ginagawa sis PinkChic10 but instead of hair serum on the lower half of hair, I put jojoba oil kasi ito ang pinakamalapit sa natural oil ng scalp.  I comb my hair with a wide-toothed comb when wet.

What I've been doing lately which has improved my hair - hair masque every 3 days, left in for up to 2 hours. If you can afford it, kerastase or tsubaki. And my latest discovery, moroccan oil, literally one drop in my palm, rubbed briskly and lightly distributed to the mid to ends of my hair before blow drying.

ako i stopped coloring my hair.. hindi na sya ganun kadry and dull. then babad sa extra virgin olive oil weekly, overnight babad lang. and I maintained a shorter hairstyle.
