@rhamneroj16  Thanks sis. Actually tinawagan ko na din USCIS sa sobrang pag aalala yun din sabe it may take weeks nga daw.. I just hope it will get approve soon kahit hindi ko na makita update nya sa USCIS website. Kelan pala Priority date mo sis? 

@icee14 - Sis now ko lang napansin to. January 3, 2014 ang PD ko then na approved sya last Feb 24, 2014. Until now waiting parin kami sa NVC sana dumating na.


@jazzlawyer - Sis diba ikaw yung beneficiary? ikaw ba nakakreceive ng email from NVC? or yung hubby mo? Salamat sis!

pareho kami nakatanggap ng letter ni hubby. ako re: fill up DC 261.. si hubby to pay AOS processing fee of $88.. anyway nakabayad na si hubby.. later fill up ko na yung form. so eto timeline ko

Sis Nakareceive ka ng email or letter from NVC? Pero diba need nyo din magfill up ng DS-261 yun ay choice of address and agent? So magexpect din ako ng letter from them dito sa pinas? Tama ba sis? Thank you

Sis kapag nagfill up kami ng ds261, si hubby na lang ang gawin ko choice of agent and address. Hirap na kasi dito sa pinas hindi na reliable ang postman dito. Kahit nga si hubby mo na lang ang magfill up. Ang alam ko kasi ang ds-260 yung application for immigration visa ang beneficiary(us) yung mag fill up dun.

A payment status of IN PROCESS means your payment is still being processed. A
payment status other than PAID indicates that the Department of State has not
received your payment. If you receive a notice that your case has entered
termination do not attempt to pay any fees. You must contact the NVC
immediately to resume processing of your petition. NVC contact information can be

Next Steps
1. When the IV fee payment status is PAID, each applicant must submit an
Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration. If your case was
initiated after October 4, 2010 and your case number begins with AMM, ATH,
BGH, LMA, MEP, or MTL you must submit your visa application form online.
Otherwise you must submit the paper version of the form.

l To submit your application form online, click DS-260 then log in to the
Consular Electronic Applications Center and follow the instructions displayed.
l To submit the paper version click DS-230 and follow the instructions displayed.


So ibig sabihin ba nito, antay muna kami ng isa pang notice na paid na kami before we proceed in filling up DS 260? tska dapat hardcopy namin ito ibibigay? hindi online lang?

Sis  jazzlawyer kapag nakita nyo sa site na PAID na yung status pwede na kayo mag file ng DS 260 kahit wala pa kayo narereceive na notice dahil matagal makareceive kapa mail nabasa ko yan sa mga naka experienced na.

pending ang 261 namin. kasi nagkakaprob kami sa passport ko. We initially filed using my husband surname na kahit maiden name pa yung gamit ko. now they need daw kung ano name sa passport. i cant renew pa my passport kasi may trip ako to Korea this coming april and yung visa ko and passport ko maiden name gamit ko. pagbalik pa ako makakapagrenew ng passport. haay . super bilis ng mga pangyayari di ko naanticipate na ganito siya nga kabilis! mangyari niyan its either: we file DS 261 kahit iba yung name ko sa petition and passport ko maiden name pa gamit ko. or wait namin yung passport ko marenew next month!

Sis ano sunod?  marerenew ko na passport ko next week using hubby's surname. after that , kuha na ako NBI.. sa police clearance NBI lang di na need PNP? kasi yung friend ko na nagrant petition, pinakuha daw sila ng lawyer nila ng PNP police cert. sa forums naman nakita, NBI is enough na daw.

Sis bakit umattend ka ng CFO Seminar?  ako naman di na ako umattend nung nag parenew ako ng passport ko using my Husband's surname.

Wait nyo na lang if PAID na yung for IV packet. Basta ready nyo na dapat kailangan like your birth certificate, yuo 2 passport photos, then copy of your biography passport and NBI clearance is enough.. then pwede mo na ma fill up online yung DS 260. then mail mo na yan mga needed ng civil docs.

Btw sis sino ang choice of agent and address nyo (DS 261)? ikaw or si hubby mo? Thanks! and Good luck:) ang bilis sobra..

anyway re CFO, need daw pag foreign national si husband. i asked some sisses here na foreigner (or naturalized) si husband and yun nga nag CFO nga sila. so nag CFO na din ako. needed ko siya for renewal of passport. next week paparenew na ako para pag dating ng IV nakaready na.

babalik nalang ako don for the sticker sa passport pag malapit na ako umalis.

yun nga alam ko din NBI lang pero nabasa ko sa visa journey some of them kumuha pa ng PNP.

pero sis if aalis ka you need to have a CFO seminar yun yung alam ko.

^ saken di na ako aattened ulit if aalis na ako kasi lifetime yung validity ng CFO seminar unless magpalit ako ng asawa. hehe. so pagaalis ako, pupunta lang me don para palagyan ng sticker passport ko pero no need na to undergo seminar ulit
