Thank you Sis! Diba aprroved na yun petition sayo so naka received na ang husband mo ng noa2 diba? Yung hinihintay nyo na lang yun next step na ibibigay ng nvc kasi syempre naforward na yun petition dun once na approved. Ang alam ko next step affidavit of support. Mag bayad muna kayo basta wait nyo na lang muna yun letter from nvc. Sis konti na [textspeak!]. magkakasama narin kayo ng hubby mo.

Ayun requirements na lang and interview. Kailangan maging okay yun affidavit of support para okay na okay na hahaha. Thank you sis ang bilis ng approval napalunok nga ako nung nakita ko yung status ng case namin na approved na haha

Wow so happy for you! And LPR palang si hubby mo dba? Ang galing naman. Btw - since approved na kayo for that, ilan months sa tingin mo makakapunta ka dito sis? Clueless pa din kase ako sobra haha. Gusto ko lang makaestimate kung gaano din katagal yung saamin. Thank you!!

Ano yung usually next step after na approved na yun I-130 then na submit na uscis yung application namin sa NVC?

Ask ko lang kung sino na nakalagpas na dito na yung pag submit ng DS - 230?
eto ba yung mga needs?

- Two (2) Passport Size Photographs of Beneficiary (NVC Case Number, beneficiary’s full   name, and date of birth are written on back of both)
- DS-230 Part 1 completed and signed by beneficiary
- DS-230 Part 2 completed by beneficiary – unsigned, as of yet, per instructions
- Photocopy of the Biographic Data Page(s) of Beneficiary’s Passport
- Original/Certified Birth Certificate of beneficiary (with an attested translation provided) and a copy
- Original/Certified Marriage Certificate and a copy
- Original/Certified Police Clearance Certificate and a copy

Hello mga sis!

Just saw this topic & na excite naman ako, My hubby & I just got married and I sent the I-130 last Feb 19. I got the NOA1 on February 24, Awaiting NOA 2 na kami on Texas Service Center, but I cant see the status online on sa USCIS website, meron din ba naka experience sa inyo nito?
Crossing fingers sana maapprove na din sya.

^sis, hindi ata lumalabas agad agad yung status sa uscis website. Based sa experience ng iba, it takes a few weeks bago nila makita yung status online. So, don't worry, normal pa yan na di mo pa makita yung status online.

Sis, i think yung DS230 may online form na. May specific portal kang pupuntahan para ma-access mo yung kelangan mo i-fill up. Naabutan kasi kami ng transition from paper to online forms kaya nung time na nagsasagot kami ng forms mejo nakakalito.

icee14 - Tama si Xylene. Hindi agad naaaupdate yung status sa USCIS kasi nung nag check ako last feb 24 naka initial interview parin sya when i checked again last feb 27, it was approved last feb 24, 2014. I am so happy kasi in 52days na approved agad at narecieve na namin last  March 1 yung NOA2 namin. Yung service center namin sa California. Wait mo lang Sis yung NOA2 nyo baka april approved na yan

Xylene - Oo nga sis nabasa ko nga na online na sya pati yung choice of address and agent na DS260 and DS 261 naman for Immigration visa application.. So bali sis yung mga civil documents na lang ang isesend to NVC tama? Gusto ko lang kasi namin iready incase magpadala na ng letter ang NVC sa amin sa kasi sa letter within 30 days makakareceive kami ng next instruction from NVC. Thank you sis!

@rhamneroj16  Thanks sis. Actually tinawagan ko na din USCIS sa sobrang pag aalala yun din sabe it may take weeks nga daw.. I just hope it will get approve soon kahit hindi ko na makita update nya sa USCIS website. Kelan pala Priority date mo sis?

Saan pwede kumuha ng police clearance? madali lang ba? and ilang months dapat ito valid? pwede na ba kumuha kahit NO2 palang yung progress namin? TIA!

Sis NBI clearance yung kukunin mo Uo sis pwede ka na kumuha 1 year naman validation nun. Plus mablis  naman yun iyo kasi di mo na need mag wait till mag current yung PD Saang lugar ka ba sis?

Wala pa kasi akong any IDs na last name na ng husband ko gamit ko eh. The last time i got my NBI clearance was 2009 pa . now ata wala ng renewal renewal. parang lahat bago na iniissue. ok lang na Marriage Certificate lang dalhin ko para magreflect yung new name ko sa NBI?

jazzlawyer - Sis wala na nga daw renewal now.. Sis hindi kailangan ng id pagkuha ng NBI.. kung kailangan man pwede naman marriage certificate.. Kasi nakakuha ko dati hindi na kailangan ..

Update ko lang kayo: I got an email giving us our NVC number.. MNLxxxx ang start. Binigyan din kami Invoice and Beneficiary number. I was required to file DS -261 and hubby is required to file his Affidavit of Support and pay $88 for fees. Eto yung email saken

"You must now establish communication with the NVC by completing the Form DS-261, Online Choice of Address and Agent Form, which allows you to register an agent and your agent's contact information with the NVC. Your agent is a person you choose to receive communications from the NVC on your behalf. You may act as your own agent, or you may choose your petitioner, a family member, a friend, an attorney, an immigrant assistance professional, or any other person you trust to represent you.

If you decided to register someone other than yourself as your agent, the NVC strongly recommends choosing a person with email capability. If you act as your own agent, the NVC recommends you provide your email for correspondence as it is the quickest and most efficient form of communication.

To establish communication with the NVC and register your agent you must go to ceac.state.gov and complete the DS-261, Online Choice of Address and Agent.

IMPORTANT: The NVC cannot process your case until you complete the online DS-261.

So eto timeline namin

October 25 2013: filed I-130
Nov 13 2013: PD
January 2014: Received NOA1
February 2014: Reveived NOA2
March 17: Received NVC case number; asking to file D-261 (me), AOS and $88 for (for husband)

Hi sis jazzlawyer. Thank you sa pag update sa amin. Im still waiting for the NVC letter. Nag follow up na nga ako if nareceived na nila yun petition from uscis.  Naapprove yun amin last feb 24, 2014. Sana makareceive na kami para wala na aasikasuhin si hubby sa nvc pag uwi nya dito sa june.
