I just mailed my forms to my hubby. By nxt month magfifile na sya I-130 sana mabilis lang approval  Yan gabi gabi ko pinagdadasal.

Membet din ako sa Visa Journey. May mga na expedite doon  because of typhoon Haiyan

Sure sis sama ka namain sa pag update! ako din member ng Visa Journey! haha. Oo sana mapabilis dami ko nga nbabasa yung mga nagfile last sept onwards ang bilis ng approval it only took two months or less na approved na petition nila.

Sis diba applicable lang dun sa mga na apektuhan yun pag expedite ng petition dun sa tyohoon haiyan?

pero sis sa website ng uscis meron pa rin sinabi dun na they are atill helping the victims of typhoon haiyan. kalungkot naman ;(

Sissy, ang alam ko mga mga affected area lang like Tacloban. Yung about approval ganun talaga yung iba nga less two months approve na sila depende rin sa service center much better sa california service center.

Nag file kami last January 3, 2014. PD namin

Ang alam ko Sissy yungw ebsite ng USCIS di rin updated. my timeframe para ma update yun. Dont worry mabilis na ang processing for approval. so wag na sad cheer up

natanggap na ni hubby yung letter from NVC approving our petition... binigyan kami ng case number and sabi papadalhan nila ako ng letter within 30 days ... is that the NOA na ba?

ill try to join the FB group. 

may slight prob lang me... within 30 days may matatanggap daw me... i have a prending trip to korea this coming april pero ang ginamit ko ng last name is yung maiden name ko. kasi passport ko di pa napapalitan sa name ng spouse ko when i purchased my tickets to korea. ang plan ko after the trip ko pa mapapalitan surname ng passport ko. magkakaprob kaya ako? kasi sa petition, ang ginamit ko na apelyido is sa surname ng husband ko. although wala pa me passport using his surname.

Wow Congrats! That's is NOA2 approved. May case number ka na Ano PD mo?

About your trip, that is not a problem yung passport okay lang yun. Hindi ka magkakaproblem. Hindi naman big deal kung maiden name parin yun nakalagay sa passport mo. Palitan mo na lang as soon as nakabalik ka na dito sa pinas   naisip ko din yan nung nagfile ng petition si hubby e maiden name parin nakalagay sa passport ko. pero not bigdeal then tsaka ko na pina renew yun passport using my married name

Sis yung PD Priority Date makikita mo yun sa NOA1 so i guess november 2013 nga PD n'yo pero what is the exact date? Saang processing service center? and what category? haha sorry dami ko tanong.

Ang alam ko mabilis na lang yun then lalo na kapag current yung PD Next step nila AOS na : HAHA ako talaga sumagot LOL buti nga cut off date is Sept 8, 2013. Sobrang lapit na and nafeel ko mag current uli
