Ito yung mga feeling ko foolproof na, kabisado ko na talaga lutuin lol

Adobo (pork, chicken, or beef. i can do with sabaw, or walang sabaw, depende sa mood namin ni husband)
Tinola (mas masarap na tinola ko kesa sa tinola ng nanay ko lol)
Sinigang (pork; pag isda or shrimp di ko pa matantya so si husband nagluluto nyan)
Spicy tuna aglio olio

Yung iba, chamba chamba lang. Haha :D

^Hindi naman sis, kaso hindi sya ganun ka thick yung sauce that's why i still add peanut butter, then mas better if may powdered rice ka.

partner is a muslim. so halal kami. It's hard to think of ulam really. kasi less na yung choices. but we have a 1 year old din na sinasama na namin sa pagluto ng ulam. so the more na mas mahirap mag isip ng uulamin.

im not a good cook. wala din akong set ng recipes u can call the way they should really be called. pa chamba chamba lang ako minsan. and sometimes, i dont even know what to call my dishes. i'll just tell everybody na nagluto ako ng chicken something, fish in tomato sauce, or beef something. so far wala naman silang reklamo.

my favorite thing to cook is chicken, liver, gizzard adobo. madaming sibuyas and garlic lang. para mas flavorful din sya and so that i dont use artificial flavorings para ulam na din na baby, lalagyan ko din sya ng ginger, turmeric root and turmeric powder, honey and pineapples.  i like it sweet.

another favorite is my beef something. i put everything in a mix. kelangan super malambot ang beef, like it melts in the mouth. then i'll add all pampalasa, i.e. onions, garlic, turmeric, ginger, tomatoes, sili, little of sugar and honey.

tilapia in tomato sauce din. with carrots, potatoes, bell pepper and saging na saba.

sinigigang na bangus and shrimp. sarap ng bangus belly!

i do sardines-tuna pasta on the weekend. fusili pasta, spanish sardines and spicy tuna. with tomatoes, olives, bell pepper, garlic, onions, sweet basil, three cheese and cheese.

so far naman walang nag rereklamo. sabi nga ni partber, "you'll put them all together and hope for the best." which is, i agree. haha

I do not cook a lot, I bake more. But, I do have some favorite dishes that I usually prepare for my family during the weekends.

-Chicken-Pork adobo
-Sinigang (I like the fish variety, but my dad loves pork sinigang, so...)
-Carrot Fries (posted the recipe for this on another board)
-Chicken BBQ
-Spaghetti (red sauce and not matamis, we like the medyo sour and maanghang na variety)
-Mashed potato

I like preparing different kinds of salad, too. We have store-bought dressings, but I sometimes mix them and add some Olive Oil and Parmesan cheese para may variety. I also love preparing (and eating!) broccoli. I don't fry the broccoli; mas gusto namin na boiled lang siya. Yung salad dressing ang ginagamit namin for the broccoli.
