2) mussels - steamed with basil leaves,with butter and garlic; baked with cheese
3) oyster - steamed, with tofu and kinchay
4) crab - steamed , omelet , ginataan
talangka - steamed
5) squid - adobo, calamares'
fish- bangus belly sinigang or steak with lots of white onions, daing

yellow fin tuna - marinated with soy and calamansi, then fry
tilapia- fillet , fried
pangasius , or talakitok or lapu lapu fillet - marinate and then fry with breading ; fish kebab with pineapple and bell pepper
Lapu lapu -steamed , sweet and sour
pink salmon head - sinigang sa miso
pampano -fried or sarsiado
Beef- nilaga, afritada, kaldereta, beef steak tagalog , beef ampalaya
Pork- adobo (usually with chicken), hamonado, sinigang, lechon kawali or crispy pata , barbecue
giniling with patatas, lumpiang shanghai , almondigas ( misua with meat balls)
Chicken- sinampalukan, curried, pininyahan, fried, with korean sauce, inasal , barbecued
