Hi! May I ask for your opinion mga sis?

Im booked already at Magnolia Place Clubhouse in Tandang Sora for my daughter's party on December 7. Sponsored by a friend. Now, I am having second thoughts because of their many restrictions. Like parking for example. Pay parking until 5 guest cars lang daw puwede. First come first served basis. P10 per hour. For other guests with cars, suggested for drop off. Where will they park? Side street parking is not secured and Tandang Sora is just a 2 way street.  Nearest is open parking of SM Hypermart which is walking distance naman.

Also sa decors, hindi puwede gamitan ng nails, screws, pin, paste, tape. It should be coordinated with them daw.

Sa Caterers, cooking is prohibited!

These are the main problems with Magnolia Place Clubhouse. Excited lang ako kaya nagpa booked na pero parang gusto ko mag back out. No refund pa naman.

So right now, I am looking for alternative venues. I inquired at Ilustrata Residences The Pavilion, it is only P1500 per hour inclusive of ingress and egress. But right now they are not open for early bookings. Under renovation. Will try again next month.

Any other venue suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I saw an ad in olx about the columns clubhouse for rent for 10k.  I guess the advertiser is a unit owner and is.actually advertising sponsorship.  Maybe you can check it out sa olx. Pero Ang rent lang talaga sa columns this.year is 5k plus security bond of 5k which is refundable naman.

WSI corporate center function hall in makati-8k pag weekdays, 12k pag weekend. Capacity-100pax. Meron din silang al fresco deck na kasya hanggang 250pax. Same rate lang sila ng function hall. Di nga lang airconditioned
timezone glorietta- 9.5k for 2hrs. Capacity-200pax
Philippine air force aerospace museum- 5k. Capacity-200pax. Requires sponsorship
Philippine air force officer's clubhouse (villamor airbase)-8k. Capacity- 150pax
Tivoli garden clubhouse in mandaluyong- 5k. Capacity-80 pax siguro

8 Wack Wack Condominium poolside is god for small events, app. 50 pax. It costs around 5k plus bond and sponsorship, roughly 2.5k.

And mga sis, usually DMCI clubhouses mura lang bayad sa function hall. Like sa Royal Palm in Taguig nasa 1500-2k per hr lang rate nila. Kailangan nga lang ng sponsor

Madami palang restrictions sa Magnolia Place clubhouse  1st choice ko pa naman sana ito at Roxy Events but parang walang ok sa kanilang 2
