Bread Story carrot loaf - moist, has the right amount of sweetness, ang dami pang walnut chunks! Sarap din ng coffee bun nila, i liked it better than Kopi Roti's kasi hindi super sweet.

Krispy Kreme creme brulee doughnut - blah. walang dating for me

Tocilog from Kuyang's Food Truck - saw this food truck in Daang Reyna, near Fernbrook Gardens. their tocilog comes with bagoong rice. ang sarap na breakfast!

magnum gold mild hint of salted caramel, chocolate coating is the same taste, nilagyan lang ng color. masarap

Brown puto from Marikina - somebody gave this to me, ang sarap!  Brings back a lot of happy childhood memories.

All from Almon Marina --

Bacalao ala Vizcaina - everything in this dish is nicely cooked, walang sumobra or kulang. very flavorful but not overwhelming. my dad-in-law ate this with rice, and he loved it.

Pork Ribs - really tender, di na kelangan ng knife to cut the meat. tasted very good, too - no need for extra dipping sauce.

Roast Chicken - ang ganda ng pagka-roast ng chicken. the meat's very juicy yet the skin had a nice crisp to it. sarap!

Oriental Fish Fillet - i didn't like the black bean sauce served on the side. pero yung mismong fried fish fillet, masarap on its own.

Pasta Puttanesca - we enjoyed this because tama lang yung flavor ng anchovies, hindi nakakaumay.

^fave ko roast pork nila manamisnamis kasi and their pasta puttanesca is really yummy!

^sarap nga ng food sa kanila, sis. even the sandwiches, wala pa akong natitikman na di ko naenjoy. pati Guyabano shake, winner hehe.


Reese's Nutrageous - this has everything i want in a chocolate bar! peanut butter, caramel, crunchy peanuts, all covered in chocolate... happy sugar rush!

Gavin's Japanese Donuts
They have a stall in Megamall (basement).
Their donuts are delicious! soft and chewy because it has mochi (glutinous rice) mixed in the donut. I think it's like Mister Donut's Pon De Ring.
the glaze and filling are creamy and not too sweet.
25 - 35 pesos each.

Caliburger- they just opened last monday so expect a really, really slow service. Almost one hour for them to serve the food. It wasn't even that hot when they serve it.    Staff needs more training. They need to improve yung exhaust nila. Sobrang amoy usok, paglabas mo ang baho mo na rin. 

Mas sulit pa kumain sa Charlie's or other burger restos. Hype lang 'to kasi always compared sa In 'n Out.

last week, my son and I had our post-valentine's date at Project Pie in Eastwood. my son designed our create-your-own pizza and in fairness, masarap yung combination ng toppings na pinili nya. i chose our dessert pizza - banana nutella. hati kme dun sa dessert pizza and dun sa create-your-own-pizza. sulit naman yung price for the taste and yung serving ng pizza nila. medyo hindi lang natuwa yung son ko dun sa iced tea nila. he was expecting the usual lemon or red iced tea, but it turns out, hindi pala ganun yung iced tea sa project pie. but overall, enjoy naman kami with our pizza.

^i haven't been there since the 2nd week so I'm not so sure about the lines. But with us it only took us max 30 mins from lining up to getting our pizzas. Oh, it's good if you have a pen so you take note of the toppings you want.

Robertson´s Lemon Curd --tart and sweet spread.  Masarap, perfect with pan de sal.

@twelvth_goddess and hunny_ally - nung kami ng son ko hindi masyadong mahaba ang pila. baka depende rin sa time. we were there at about 2PM on a saturday. pang-2nd lang kami sa line. and nakahanap din agad kami ng table.
