what's the point of this thread? to encourage parents not to give vaccination to their babies? vaccines that confer protection against diseases? ocge fine. do it at your own risk. i guess we all learned from the measles outbreak anyway. and also, law demands that upon birth, neonates should be given a shot of hepaB vaccine.

Obviously you had not been reading the links and articles which are being provided in this thread that contains so many information by different websites about the hidden dangers of vaccines or wouldn't have said what you had said now.

If you had made up your mind then by all means inject your way to health and please follow the American standard of 45 shot schuedule so you are completely safe and secure. 

This thread is for those who are not aware of this and/or are still making up their minds wanting more information to make a decision.  I had provided all the links for self research and would suggest all to use your discernment and feel if this a disinformation or not.   

This thread is not for those who are pro vaccine as they had already made a choice and I did not create this topic thread to convince them otherwise.   Its would be futile to do so because as the saying goes they are experiencing COGNITIVE DISSONANCE

this seems to be a valid explanation why most people ferociously advocaing for vaccines become tremondously upset when presented with contrdictory information

Try to find any vaccine research without ties to drug companies. To date there has not been one double blind, placebo experiment with vaccines and humans. The two bodies of evidence normally cited in support of vaccines are the decrease in infectious diseases in the mid to late 20th century and the creation of antibodies within the blood when a vaccine is administered.

To counter the first argument one just has to look to the vaccines for polio, cholera, measles and typhoid which were administered on a large scale when the diseases had already run their course. Yet the vaccine proponents took credit for the eradication. This is like taking antibiotics on day five of a seven day cold and then claiming the antibiotics where the reason the cold is now gone. “From its peak in the 1800s, whooping cough deaths had declined by more than 99 percent before a vaccine was in wide-spread use,” Dr. Suzanne Humphries.

After reading this thread,  hindi ko alam kung itutuloy ko pa ang Chickenpox vaccine ng baby ko scheduled next week. I'm hesistant and confused at the same time. Lahat ng studies nangyari abroad diba? If may I ask, meron na ba study or reportedly napahamak dito sa bansa natin because of these vaccines? Thank you.

^ the chickenpox vaccine does not totally prevent occurrence of disease but it makes the severity much  lesser. Dont risk the safety of your child over this sad and disappointing thread. Better yet, ask your pedia about this brand of vaccine, baka yung brand ang culprit. And ask as well the pros and cons and side and adverse effects of the vaccine.

Have you asked a pediatrician  about these things you're posting? And may i ask if your children have never been given any vaccine? And i guess you're old enough to know not to believe everything that can be found in the internet.

For me, the good benefits of vaccines outweigh the side effects.

Same here. I would be kicking myself in the head if my baby ever caught a disease that was 100% preventable. I also would not like it if an unvaccinated child caught a preventable disease and put other children he/she is exposed to at risk. Another thing: schools typically don't accept children who are not vaccinated.

I read up on the dangers of vaccines when I was pregnant and decided for myself that the findings are inconclusive; they're anecdotal at best. Other mothers can read and decide for themselves, but wouldn't it be better if we can discuss it here rather than just cut and paste pro-vaccine and anti-vaccine articles? We could have a stimulating discussion.

I decided to cut and paste articles from several different websites because I felt testimonies from different doctors, patient/victims, researchers, experts etc themselves would better explain the situation than myself.   


Also, this topic is even more taboo than talking about money so nearly nobody wants to seen talking about it less they be stigmatized and be ridiculed.


Finally, most people aren't  fully aware of this to the point of researching so much articles over so many websites over a long period and posting it all here.

People who gravitate to topics on anti-vaccination are typically well-educated, and would do research on their own. People don't come to a forum to read articles on anti-vaccination; that's what google is for. We come here to discuss, debate, ask questions, get insights, and get outside perspective. This isn't the venue for cutting and pasting articles. Perhaps a blog would be better for you. On a blog, you can screen comments and block people, unlike here where users are encouraged to reply, be it pro or anti to the topic.

If you want to increase awareness, I think people would be more interested to read firsthand accounts, personal opinions, and real experiences here on this thread. I know I would. Even just a non-copy-pasted reply to stormy_princess's question would be good. Then let people decide for themselves if they want to vaccinate their children or not.
