How do you clean feeding bottles?

First time mom here..

Mommies, pano nyo clean ang feeding bottles ni baby? Do i have to sterilize them after every use? As in yung pagkatapos dumede..

And what detergent ang gamit nyo pang linis?

I wash using human nature organic dish washing sopa and avent brush then sterilize every after use

pagkatapos gamitin ni baby yung bottle, niririnse ko agad then put inside the refrigirator. in the afternoon, sabay sabay ko sila lilinisin. i use only ordinary dishwashing liquid (joy) nd avent brush. sterilize after washing.

ilang bottles ang nagagamit nyo per day mommies? Wala pa kasi akong sterilizer so what I'm doing is boil water then cover them sa caserole..

Question pa: is it ok na pagka sterilize, lagyan na agad ng expressed breastmilk without drying the bottles? Ondo I have to dry it pa?

Minimum 6 bottles ako para isang beses lang sa isang araw mag huhugas at sabay sabay e sterilize, air dry ko muna yung bottles ko noong nag papa breast milk pa ako not advisable na pupunasan para mag dry kasi baka ma contaminate lalo yung bote ng pang punas unless na sterilize din yung pang punas at once lang gagamitin yung pang punas.

After use I soak the bottles sa cleaning solution, im using cradle o kaya tiny buds tapos pag 7pcs na yung used bottles ni baby saka ako mag sterilize. My sterilizer has automatic dryer so iseset ko lang but I suggest idry muna yung bottles bago ka maglagay ng milk kasi water is a medium for bacterial growth para sure air dry mo na lang din

I clean my bottles with Messy Bessy dishwashing liquid, I use the Bebeta brush for cleaning (replace them every 4-5 months) then sterilize. My sterilizer is the Bebeta brand too, as it is cheap yet very sturdy. Used it since my son is born (he's now 13 months old).

Sesama street na brand may kasama dryer. Meron din looney tunes na may dryer it costs around 3k to 3.5k.

sa looney toones kasi 1 hr daw non stop from sterilization to drying process. sa sesame street naman i forgot how long yung sterilization but may option ka if 20, 40 or 60min. yung drying time and may off if gusto mo na magstop ng di pa tapos ang set time.

sa mga avent bottles kasi nakalagay 5 min lang sterilization na kailangan. sa ibang kasi umaabot ng 15min. baka nakakasira agad ng bottle kapag ganon katagal. ano sa tingin nyo?

Im using the sesame street sterilizer for about a year now and baby is using avent and pigeon bottles and so far wala pa naman damage yung bottles nya.  So based on my experience ok yung sterilizer ko. Sterilisation process should be around 10 mins para sure na wala ng bacteria yung bottles and teats also feeding bottles are supposed to withstand prolonged heating since it will be used/sterilised everyday.

But then again it's just my experience, it's your prerogative which method would you use in keeping your baby's feeding bottles clean.

I clean the bottles and storage cups for breast milk with the normal dishwashing soap and rinse them with hot water. i don't sterilize them since day 1

@prettypepz - tagal kasi ng drying time kaya baka mas mabilis than usual na masira yung bottles. sayang kasi ang mahal. hehe!

@cerelina - with dryer yung syo sis?

pano nyo pala pinapatuyo bottles nyo if walang dryer? 1st time mom to be kasi ko. nagstart pa lang ako mamili ng gamit. by march pa lalabas si baby.

^^sis kami dati, right after magsterilize, lagay agad kami ng water sa bote.assemble din agad yung mga nipples/takip.yung water na gamit kasi sa sterilizer e distilled.feeling kasi namin mas madudumihan pa if iwan lang sa sterilizer or ilagay sa drying rack although meron sterilizer na as long as di mo pa nabubuksan yung sterilizer e nakkeep daw na sterilized ang bottles.

rinse or soak after use para lang di mag-dry yung milk sa bottle..pag medyo madami na nagamit, wash all the bottles and rinse thoroughly, then sterilize (im using steam sterilizer)..what i do, after mag-cool down, i just shake off the excess water inside the bottles then assemble na agad and fill with water..ang rule ko is sterile to sterile, meaning only sterile things/objects touch the bottles...so no-no for me ang punasan ang bottles, coz di naman sterile yung pampunas, mag-introduce ka lang ng microorganisms, so you'd end up with unsterile bottles na...i dont air dry din, coz i think, more likely for the bottles to get contaminated with airborne particles/microorganisms..ok lang sa akin yung droplets of water inside the bottles...why? kasi nag-boil na din yun and sterile na din once nag-sterilize ka. you can use distilled water also sa pag-sterilize mo para mas sure ka pa with regard to  breastfeeding, breastmilk is not sterile, but it has protective and antimicrobial properties    so yun, i dont worry much about drying the bottles, as long as i followed the proper cleaning and sterilization process

Ganjn narin ang ginagawa ko ngayon, after sterilize (just bought steam sterilizer) ipapagpag ko lang yung bottles then I put water na.. Ok lang may moist kasi distilled naman yung water na pinang sterilize ko..

we bought loonely tunes sterilizer na multi purpose. Been using for more than a year na and so far ok naman sya samin. Yung bottles na ini-sterilize ko eh Avent so never naman kami nagkaroon ng prob. Before kasi plan namin Avent din na sterilizer pero may nag advise kasi sakin noon na kahit anong brand pa bilhin mo iisa lang purpose ng sterilizer.

When cleaning bottles, ang ginagamit namin is yung Cradle na feeding bottle cleaner. Pag kasi ordinary dishwashing liquid minsan may amoy pa sa loob ng feeding bottle. Before washing the bottles, we soak them with baking soda para malinis yung amoy then wash with Cradle tapos rinse. Yung ginagamit namin sa sterilizer na water is yung distilled water. After that good to go na yung mga bottles.
