Pls share para may guide ang new sellers in hadling different kinds of customers.

Noong may shop kami and nag online store ako ito ang pinaka common na customer ko.

1. Si "mine" - mahilig mag post ng mine hindi naman bumibili.
- Pabayaan mo na actually nakakatulong din sila sayo kasi mas nagiging visible post mo and muka pinag kakaguluhan yung paninda mo.

2. Kurips - grabe ang tawad parang wala ka puhunan.
- respectfully just say no hangang ganito lang ang presyo.

3. Reserve hindi naman nag bayad
-just give them a dead line kung hangang kailan ang reservation pag lumagpas doon automatic na wala na yung reservation
- 1 [textspeak!] is enough to remain them about the payment...pag follow up ka ng follow up parang desperado ka and they might think na scammer ka.
- if they fail to make payment or change their mind huwag ka magagalit

4. Makulit - tanong ng tanong at paulit ulit mo sinasagot pero keep asking you the same question
- I know sayang sa load at effort sila pero still answer their question at baka bumili

5. Hindi nag babasa- naka post na yung discription e tatanong pa din.
- I usually save a pre type detail of the product, payment details and shipping details. Para copy paste lang ako ng copy paste pag may nag tatanong nito.

6. Angry customer -
- natutunan ko sa call center and psychology class let them vent their frustration without interaption, acknowledge their emotion, apologize, explain, tell them what you will do to solve the problem......Give freebies ( pag ako may kasalanan or my palpak yung shipping service na kinuha ko I refund or send them another item)

Having an online shop with a shopping cart system really helps. Sana maging standard na lang siya. Professional selling ika nga.
