Technically, the shareholders vote the members of the board (so dapat si Alex, may right to vote din). Pinakamalaki ang votes ng Avery Foundation (through Jackson), I assume. Si Owen ba, shareholder din?

I thought Karev would get the post. Pero tama yung friend ko, mas senior si Bailey, mas experienced. And parang mas complicated yung contribution ng project niya. I really liked that scene na naiyak na si Bailey, tapos yun pala si Karev sinabihan lang na hindi siya ang nakakuha.

My favorite element this season though is the appearance of the other sister of Mer. Although medyo OA for me yung reaction niya when the Chief tried to talk to her. Hindi muna kasi makinig, react agad.

^true! Ang OA. Of course, richard was also surprised nung first meeting nila. Hindi naman nya talaga alam na may anak sya kay ellis.

I got annoyed with Pierce's reaction. She knows how much it takes for a person to tell someone the truth when she came out to Mer. Nagulat ako na naging ganun yung reaction nya kay Chief.

Ay, nalungkot din ako para kay Owen, ayaw ko na sya magka lovelife. lalo nung sinabi nya na, he's happy for her kasi happy na si Yang, pero ang bigat for him knowing na okay si Yang na wala sya at sya sobrang hirap na wala si Cristina

nakakasad pa nung sinabi nya na wala syang asawa, anak at si Cristina nalang nga pamilya nya, wala na din. Selfish man pero parang sa sobrang pagmamahal nya kay Cristina, parang ayaw ko ng lumovelife pa sya, okay na yung may ginagawa nalang syang maganda for the soldiers. yun pag kaabalahan nya

Sino sino kaya ang nag vote kay Alex at kay Bailey? sana ipakita sa next episode!

it was a great episode for me! the flashbacks.. everything!

natawa ako ng bongga when bailey said she thought richard had sex with pierce! haha..

unanimous decision pala yung sa board noh? and i clearly understand why.. i think karev understands it as well.. and with that, que daldal ng intern talaga! haha..

i love how derek lowered his pride just to check and know how mer did feel...and i love how he hugged and welcomed pierce!

^ ang ganda ng explanation ni Mer kay Alex, kung bakit si Bailey ang kinuha. at, alam ni Alex na totoo yon. kay Arizona naman, feeling ko natouch si Alex. haha.

I think it's a good thing that callie and arizona has broken up. Their relationship is stressful! Funny lang na at first, very ok si arizona tapos bumaliktad. Naging ok si callie, naging miserable si arizona.

V@@@@giiiiinaaaaaaa! I kinda like it that Callie and Mer are sorta BFF on the new ep, ang cute nila. I feel for Callie sobra, not that I'm bi. But she's too nice and loving, yeah goo thing break na sila ni Arizona
