Hi mga sis have a safe delivery sa mga sissies na waiting na Lang...I'm on my 30-31 weeks every two weeks na check up and I will ultrasound sa Saturday sana ok naman cervix ko para umabot ng full term...was also advised to take moriamin forter kasi di ako na gain ng weight....

Paano kaya marerelieve yung itchiness ng throat? Everynight nalang kasi nangangati lalamunan ko at ubo ako ng ubo. Nagtry na ako mag warm water with salt pero paminsan makati pa din eh.

^drink lots of water (hindi malamig) during the day. sabi nung company nurse namin, ok din daw yun for itchy throat and continue the salt+hot water gargle...


I am now at 33 weeks. Recently ko lang na-experience ang itchiness ng tummy (sa side ng pusod). Ano po ba effective at safe na ilagay? Since getting pregnant, tumigil na kasi ako sa paggamit ng lotions.

36w and 4days now. Papa ultrasound at the end of the week to know baby's size and position. Sana naka position na siya kasi feeling ko minsan dilated na ako and madalas na sumakit likod ko and tumigas stomach ko. I'm walking more now kasi.

Hi preggies! On my 33rd week. Sino po sa inyo ang may vaccine for Pneumonia?

nag suggest si OB na magpa vaccine ako sa next visit. 30 weeks ako ngayon. at first nag agree ako pero mukhang ayoko na. hindi rin ako nagpa flu shot. medyo concern ko kase yung mercury content ng vaccines.

bukas ay 30th week na namin, going to 31 na. yehey!

busy ako ngayon ka woworkout sa gym. cardio exercises like walking, cross train saka stationery bike. minsan 30 or 15 minutes each. okay naman sabi ng OB ko na mag exercise ako. pero sa totoo lang, tamad na tamad ako!  napipilitan lang kasi tinatakot ako ni hubby na ma CS ako dahil nga lumaki ako compared sa pre pregnance weight kong 48 kilos eh 68 kilos nako ngayon.

anyways, bukas check up ko. hoping din na maging normal ang laboratories ko. kung hindi, yari talaga ako.

Hi mga sis, just an update. I gave birth last june 24 via emergency cs, 37 weeks and 6 days kami ni baby that time. Happy na kasi kasama na namin si baby. Adjustment period talaga para samin ni hubby pero super worth it na makita si baby have a safe delivery everyone! god bless!

As of my latest ultasound cephalic na si baby. Nakaposition na. First time IE on Monday (37w1d). My baby's weight is pang 37w 5d. He's around 6.8 lbs approx pero plus/minus 500 grams ata yun. I read somewhere na eating papaya is good to control the weight. Anyone tried?

Sis, vain_kixie, ok naman yung weight ni baby mo ah but I do eat papaya kasi para iwas constipation.
Sa july 8 scheduled ultrasound and check up ni baby. By then 37weeks na kami ni baby and IE na rin according to Dra. Will discuss all about birthing, admission and the likes. Excited yet kinakabahan and takot hehe

in-IE ako ng ob ko last week, 35th wk ko nun kasi nung kinapa niya akala nia suhi pa din si baby yun pala yung pwet daw yung nakapa nia sa taas..How accurate ba pag in-IE ka at masasabi na ng ob mo na un na mismo ulo ni baby? im thinking na magpaultrasound pa kasi para sure na nakapwesto na si baby e..

sis sixteen_16, masakit ba IE? now pa lang kasi masakit na parang mahuhulog yung private area paglilipat position or tatayo. hehe takot talaga ako IE though magultrasound muna kami before going to dra.
