I read about the incident with dra. zamora, scary naman.  I wonder if na incubator yung baby pero nag pass away parin.  Pag sakin ginawa yan, my husband will be very mad.  We can also afford to pay, but that's beside the point. Grabe talaga first baby pa naman.

I'm thinking tuloy if i should be looking for another ob or if i should just stay with my ob now kahit mahal.  So far, I have not heard of any feedback about her (positive/ negative online), over price lang talaga especially with CS.  Referred kasi siya pero over price nga daw talaga, st lukes and MMC lang kasi siya affiliated.

Per my UTZ last March 29, my EDD will be August 1 but my OB advised me that I should not be delivering the baby in his full term (and yes, it's a boy! , and I'll be scheduled for operation on the 20th of July (hubby and I chose the date) since I have a pre-term history from my third (7mos) to fourth (8mos) baby..this is my 5th child..production goddess daw ako sabi ni OB, hahaha.. this will also be my 4th CS delivery and we planned na that I'll be having a bilateral ligation, which is permanent na right after I give birth.

Mommies just an update. I had my CAS last week and we're having a BOY quota na. pero ayoko pa paligate though wala na kaming plan na sundan kase 1 girl and 1 boy na kami.

Anyway, sino sa inyo magpapa flu shot? Medyo nakakatakot kase based sa comments ng mga mommies sa babycenter.

^ sabi ng OB ko ok lang daw flu shot. better nga daw para makaiwas sa sakit. pero dapat 5months onwards (di ko lang alam till when yung "onwards")

i had my tetanus toxoid 2 weeks ago. next shot after 4 weeks

^^ sis, binigyan ako ng flu shot ng ob nung last visit ko last month..dapat tetanus shot nun kaso sa next na visit ko nalang daw para flu shot nalang muna at protected nako for the rest of the year..wala naman na akong ibang tinanong kasi sabi ko din naman siya na bahala kung ano dapat ibigay sakin..

mga sis, may I ask kung kelan ba ngstart ang 7th month? Im on my 27th week na and im excited to buy stuffs for baby na kaso my mom wants me to buy nalang if im on my 7th month para sure na daw..

sa nabasa kong ibang comments ng mga mommies sa babycenter yung baby nila naging autistic etc. may mercury content kase sya. para iwas na lang ako sa pagiging paranoid, hindi ko na itutuloy yung flu shot ko. ss 1st baby ko hindi ako nagpa shot. Ingat naman ako. i wear mask pag crowded yung lugar and nag ttravel. mega alcohol. saka can't remember kelan ako nagka flu or matinding colds

Hirap na ako mag shopping at 28 weeks. Madali na ako mapagod. I can go 3 hours max nalang. Sobrang init pa so that aint helping. Kaya buti i did most of my shopping earlier at 19 weeks. We're 95% done, kulang ko nalang crib mattress, sterilizer and bath tub and to have the room repainted to turn into a nursery. Waiting for my boxes from the states nalang para perfect size si crib mattress. Browsing around the malls, super laking tipid ko sa mga binili ko sa states even though i have to ship them all here. Yung avent na breast shells 12 usd lang yun, 1500 dito. Buti hindi mapamahiin parents namin or laking dusa ko ngayon.

To those having a baby boy, will you have them circumcised at birth? Hubby kasi likes so we talked to my OB about it and she said she'll refer me to a doctor who does it. She said okay nga daw na baby kasi 2 seconds lang daw iiyak parang injection lang.

Had my flu shot last sat. Sabi ni OB safe for pregnant women daw yun since Im on my 6th month na rin. It will help me and my baby be protected daw. 

We are having a baby boy and Hubby decided not to circumcise our baby yet. We will wait na lang daw when he gets older since may mga painless na rin naman daw. Gusto pa rin niya yung usual way just like him. hehe

We are also having a baby boy, and decided not to circumsice our baby. Feeling namin kasi baka maging irritable si baby because of the wound and kawawa naman siya Gusto din ni hubby na medyo malaki na sya para he knows how to take care of himself just like him daw.. tsaka mas mataas na yung pain tolerance niya unlike daw pag baby pa di masabi kung ano yung masakit sa kanya..

Hi mga mommies & mommies-to-be! I'm new here and like others I'm a first mom-to-be din.

I'm 21 weeks and my EDD will be on Sept 7 tapos the next day birthday ko naman. haha! kung pwede lang na magkabirthday na lang kami ni baby.

Di pa ako nakapag ultrasound para malaman gender ni baby though I'm scheduled sa May 26 dun sa 2nd OB na pinuntahan ko. Honestly, until now di pa rin ako makahanap ng OB na masasabi kong may at-home feeling, alam nyo yun. Anyone here na nakapagpa checkup na sa Holy Life Hospital malapit sa Lifehomes, Pasig? Dun kasi ako nagpacheckup last time. Mukang okay naman kaso parang pa-VIP masyado magpaantay un OB.

They asked me to take a glucose test ang kaso di ko naman naibigay sa OB un result sa sobrang inip ko mag antay. Ang result is 6 something..hehe normal kaya yun? Tapos pinag anti-tetanus shot pa ko that time safe ba yun? And when she found out na yun 1st OB ko prescribed me a Calcuimade sa isa mga vitamins ko sabi i-stop ko daw, di ko masyado naintndihan yun reason nya kung bakit pero she mentioned about placenta something..pero I'm still taking it for calcuim kasi ayoko uminom ng Anmum.

Di ko alam kung babalik pa ko sa OB na yun for 3D/4D ultrasound sabi 1k daw then yun may video something 2.8k naman. Parang gusto ko na lang itry magpa ultrasound sa malls. Sana mga sissies may makapag recommend ng okay at mabait na OB within Pasig area lang.

Hello mommies! It's me again I had CAS yesterday and we're having twin boys! Hubby's really happy. Quota na kami. For now, si hubby muna and si ate yung mag-shopping ng stuff nila (and online shopping din, hehe) because my OB advised me na mag-bed rest muna because of low amniotic fluid but everything's fine. Likot ng babies, hirap akong bumangon and madalas midnight sila malikot so hindi ako makatulog.

Sis vain_kixie, we're going to have 2 boys and ayaw pa pa-circumcise ni hubby. Iba pa rin daw talaga yung "natural" way and gusto nya ma-remember ng boys namin ang "highlight" ng childhood nila

Yun nga din eh, iba yung ma experience yung circumcision. But my hubby had his done when he was a baby since he was born in the states and normal practice yun doon unlike here na grade school yung mga boys when they have this done. I still remember my younger brother's face when he came home from his "painless circumcision". It was painless during the procedure but once the anesthesia wears off aba hindi mo na talaga siya makausap but thats part of our culture. Dagdag hirap pa sakin since im a first time mom and i dont know how to deal with the pusod, i have to deal pa with the pututi hahahaha.
