US TV: The Tomorrow People

Anybody watching this? I just started watching this show and  I don't know what to feel about it yet

We've been kind of discussing Tomorrow People on this thread, but it does deserve its own thread now. 

The girl playing Cara is not the best actress around  but as far as story development goes, this is way more interesting, entertaining and better structured than the much-buzzed about na show Agents of The Shield.

I like this series.  Actually heard of this thru Stephen Amell (Arrow), he was actively promoting this in his FB page.

^Yes, nakakatuwa nga siya eh.  Even yung new show ng girlfriend ni Robbie Amell, he also promoted. Saya ng FB page niya (Stephen), at di naman obvious na super fan ako. 

Anyway, I liked Cara naman kahit na ganun ang acting, hehe! Pero I agree na di sila bagay kaya sana huwag ng ipilit ang love triangle, kasi para lang silang mag-ate at di nakakakilig.

I watch Tomorrow People and I likeit than Agents of Shield. Habang tumatagal gumaganda ang takbo ng story.  I like to have their powers too. Kung pwede nga lang.

John is super hot! Nakakatawa si Russell.

I agree with you. Hindi bagay si Cara at si Stephen. I hope he would stick to his childhood friend na lang at medyo may chemistry pa sila. Huwag na ngang ipilit yung love triangle kasi it is not a love story per se.

Naiintrigga ako dito kay Jedekiah. I don't know if he really was on board to kill his own brother or he knew about it and warned his brother about it.  Kung si John nga at yung GF niya nagawa niyang isave from The Founder, yun pa kayang kapatid niya?

sali ako sa fan netong show na to. way better than SHIELD! naka 3 episodes lang ako sa shield, tinigil ko na.

ayaw ko din kay stephen and cara.

Hello tomorrow people!  I'm slowly liking this show now. Boring sa umpisa but it's getting interesting as the show goes on. Mukhang ako lang ang may gusto sa Stephen-Cara tandem haha!

I'm giving this show another chance right now kase baka same effect sa Sleepy Hollow - I liked the first episode, then yung mga sunod ok lang pero tinatamad ako panuorin until Episode 8-10, now excited na ako sa next episode.

Si Cara na ngayon ang elected leader ng Tomorrow People.  May pagkaimpulsive siya kung mag-decide buti na lang John is there to give her perspective.

Mukhang yung boyfriend ng mother nina Stephen eh Tomorrow People din.

^Mukha ngang may tinatago din yung boyfriend.  Mas bagay talaga si Stephen and his best friend (forgot her name), ang cute nila together.

I liked how Charlotte stepped out to the plate when needed to defend her group.  I also liked how John was so patient in taking her under his wings.

Grabe si Julian ha?  Sobrang bad-a$$ at ibang klase ang kanyang trip.  Bad influence talaga.  I like to see more encounters with him.  I don't mind if eventually eh mahuli din siya ng Ultra at tanggalan ng powers or i-eliminate na siya altogether.

^ I also like Stephen and his best friend.  Mas bagay din sila para sa akin.  Ang laki ng transformation ni Sara no?  She took on Nelly's style sense.  I feel sad for Nelly.  Sayang - mabait pa naman!

I've started The Tomorrow People last December too. Pinanood ko siya together with Once Upon A Time and Grimm. So far mas updated ako sa Grimm then The Tomorrow People but a big No for Once Upon (fairytale happy ending fan here) 

anyway, John is so cute.  nakikita ko siya as combination nina Craig Horner at Josh Duhamel. haha...

back to topic, I need to catch up na. I don't like steven-cara too. ok sana cara-john kaso she looked at someone else. So now I don't like john to end up with her (hehe...possessive!)

Mas gusto ko na leader na si Cara although impulsive nga ang kanyang mga decisions and very emotional sya, pero ayun nga John is there and mas gusto ko yung role niya now kase naging strong yung character niya unlike before na parang ala-damsel in distress ang peg niya.

^^ our hero, sis! crush ko din si John, unang nood ko palang ng TP. haha. true, exciting yung story netong younger brother ni Stephen. mukhang malakas ha, baka mas malakas pa to kay Stephen.

^ oo nga mukhang mas malakas pa yung powers ni Luca kesa kay Stephen.  Nagtataka lang ako kung bakit hindi nadetect ni Cara na it was Luca who was blocking Stephen and not the mom's suitor?  Busy?!  LOL.  Distracted yata kasi si Cara that time kaya hindi niya masyadong napagtuunan ng pansin ang sinasabi ni Stephen.
