I don't usually take anything else with it sis. Very few times I tried drinking vitamin C with it but same lang din.

Hello! Ask ko lang if meron kayo alam na trusted seller ng IV Collagen? Wala kase kay japanichi, cheskas and beauty in japan e. Isasabay ko na lang sana sa IV gluta ko.
Im currently taking yung nano collagen from japanichi yung liquid form. Gusto ko sana i try yung IV collagen naman. TIA

3 tabs a day ako. Sad to say, may dalawang nag-comment na bumibilog daw lalo cheeks ko

stop ko muna for a week. Tapos try ko ulit pero 1 o 2 tabs na lang. Sayang kasi maganda effect.

hesistant pa rin ako mag take ng collagen. kase may mga report na nagka break out sila. natatakot lang ako kase di na ako pini-pimlple nowadays. baka tubuan nanaman ako at mas bumilog ang mukha ko. huhu

I stopped taking collagen tabs for 5 days at medyo bumabalik na ang shape ng mukha ko

will lower the dosage to 2 tabs on Monday. Sana di na bumilog face ko

Nakaka-2 weeks na ako sa Youtheory and I can see improvements na sa skin ko overall. Although I have good skin naman to begin with, pero gusto kong mabalik yung dating glow. Pansin ko na, na mas lumambot and naging firm skin ko.

gusto ko lang na effect mas pino ang pores. Ilan tabs a day ka? Ngayon 1 tab a day lang ako. LOL. Increase ko after a month siguro. Natatakot na ako bumilog ulit face sa 3 tabs a day e.

Sis chuy, 3 tabs 2x a day ako. Feeling ko nga tumataba ang cheeks ko, parang plumper since taking Youtheory. Pero keri lang basta mukang fresh at bata haha. Sa 1 tab a day mo ba wala masyadong improvement?

ETA: Diba ang collagen nakakatulong din lumakas ang joints natin? Share ko lang na mukang nag-benefit din ako this way since taking Youtheory. Tumigil kasi ako mag-workout for 2 months and usually pag nag-work out ako ulit after a long time na pahinga, super sakit ng katawan ko after and minsan di ko matapos ang 1 hour video. Happy to report na nung Sunday when I started working out again, hindi ganun kasakit katawan ko after and nagawa kong tapusin yung 1-hr video ng tuloy-tuloy.

I've been using DHC collagen tabs for around 4 days now. 6 tablets a day daw pero ini space out Ko like 2 in the morning, 2 midday and 2 at night. Kasi nakakalimutan Ko son nagiging 4-6 Lang each day. Di Ko pansin if nagging fuller ang cheeks Ko parang Lumiit pa mga and nag firm or imagination Ko Lang hehe! Feeling Ko blooming ang skin Ko. Before this parang haggard and dull ang skin Ko. No breakouts din. I feel more confident

I'm obsessed now and researching other brands Kasi I'm abroad and I don't know where to buy pag naubusan.

Mag hoard Talaga Ko pagvisit ko sa Japan! Right now I'm looking at you theory sa I herb. Anyone knows where to buy DHC or Meiji online that ships internationally?

Nagtry ako dati ng beauoxiwhite collagen tablets maganda sya nakaka fresh ng skin tsaka pumuti din ako tas now nagtry naman ako ng collagen drink yung white allure. Sobrang ganda nya! GGSS ako after 1 bottle pa lang. Binilhan ko din yung mom and dad ko ng collagen drink para sa mga joint pains nila, sabi nila ok naman daw, nababawas-bawasan yung arthritis and numbness tsaka masarap daw matulog.

I'd like to try taking collagen tablets but I'm having second thoughts due to our other sissies' experience of having pimples or breakouts. Medyo malapit lang kasi kami sa Cash & Carry where it's available.
