NOT ALL Collagen are created Equal.

Just a bit of an info, regular hydrolyzed collagen is made from animal (cow) called bovine collagen, porcine (pigs), OR Fowl (chicken, Type II Collagen).

Three main sources of collagen are bovine (cows), porcine (pigs) and marine fish.

Fish (or Marine) collagen is of course made from fish. Fish/Marine collagen is more potent than bovine and porcine collagen even in smaller dosages.

Fish (marine) collagen has superior bioavailability.
Marine collagen is extracted from cold water fish - typically something like salmon. Fish collagen is absorbed up to 1.5 times more efficiently into the body which means it has superior bioavailability over bovine or porcine types. Because it is absorbed more efficiently and enters the bloodstream more quickly it is considered the best source for your skin. It is refined to remove any fishy smells but while retaining its nutritional profile.

According to research, animal collagen is one seventh inferior to fish collagen when broken down by molecular weight.

Fish/Marine collagen and animal collagen are all safe to human.

Types of Collagen:

Skin contains Type I and Type III
Tendon contains only Type I
Cartilage contains Type II collagen

So for Skin, it's Type I & III; for Joints it's Type II

Im using youtheory so far okay naman siya, pero mas nabilisan ako sa effect ng meiji premium nakakablooming kahit 6 hours lang tulog ko. Sa amazon japan ako nag buy.

Im using neocell collagen. Ok naman my blooming effect kahit after an hour. For now,im taking it 2x a week na lang.bloated tummy ko at napapansin ko tumaba cheeks ko.

hello sis mikaelavhan! I didn't take yung watsons collagen ng matagal. Pero sinabay ko kasi siya sa oral gluta kaya not sure kung nakablooming. Pero feeling ko ang ganda ko sa morning! haha.

I bought neo-cell collagen C sa isang online seller. Mas mura siya kesa sa healthy options. I bought mine like P1200 for 250 tablets na. Hehe. Not sure about the lumalaki tummy and face effect kasi kakastart ko pa lang.

I think tumataba yung face ko. Kasi plump siya. 1 week of 6 caps per day of neo-cell Collagen C. haha! will check on the coming days pa.

Bumili ako ng Neocell Super Collagen Powder Type 1 & 3 sa iherb. I have been taking it daily for two weeks with vitamin C supplement & everyday, may new breakouts. Nagka-cystic acne na ako dahil sa Lilys Touch Miracle Cream na nagdry naman after using their other product pero nung nagstart ako sa Neocell collagen powder, nagsimula na namang maglabasan yung mga cystic acne, the same spots pa. Check mo rin yung mga reviews sa iherb.com.
