Bought a lot of collagen. I read that it fades pimples marks daw kasi, no need to moisturize and gives a poreless look. I read din kasi na di naman daw talaga eeffect yung topical collagen, if ever temporary lang because if this Dalton theory. So I opted for the oral supplement types. Hopefully they work.

I'm drinking Meiji Premium Collagen drink right now. 3rd day ko palang but parang tinubuan ako ng maliliit na pimples sa chin and jaw area. Not sure if sa drink yun or dahil period ko narin or sa moisturizer ko. Though never ako tinubuan ng maliliit na pimples instead malalaki or cystic yung nakukuha ko around my period. So far, wala pa ko totally makitang effect but maybe less dry na yung skin ko.

I also have 60 days worth of DHC nameraka tabs and 30 days Shiseido Collagen. Yung DHC nameraka also has placenta, hyaluronic acid and other ingredients that's supposed to make your skin smooth like a baby. An interesting thing I found out recently after getting these that it also has Pueraria Mirifica which is a main ingredient for breast enlargement supplements and topical products. I'm don't intend to make mine larger but I'll update you if you girls are interested. 

Pinaka last hope ko yung Shiseido if the first two prods fail kasi I read that it really makes you glow and gives pinkish cheeks. Fingers crossed. Mas ok sana kung hiyang din ako sa DHC kasi yung pinaka affordable.

^sis, i've been taking the watson's collagen for 2 months na. and so far wala ako nakitang any changes, lalo na sa mga dark pimple marks ko. hindi ko alam kung hindi lang ganon ka-ok ang brand na yan or ano. giving it another month kapag wala pa akong changes nakikita, i might switch to other brand na lang. anong brand pala nabili mo?

kakastart ko lang last friday ng youtheory. i only take 2 tabs evey morning. first day mejo sumakit ulo ko baka kase nag adjust pa katawan ko, yun sumunod na araw hindi na. napansin ko lang, nasugatan kase ako sa may wrist nun thursday pero parang ang bilis maghilom nun sugat. ngayon parang pa wala na sya. sa face wala naman kakaiba, wala naman ako pimples tas mejo dry pa din noo ko.
