^ thanks sis. nagbackread din ako sa ibang thread. now ko lang nalaman na may limit pala ang collagen na at least 5000-6000mg to take effect. kaya pala di nageffect sakin ang kb collagen kasi 200mg lang sya. waahh ang gastos.

I take swanson hydrolyzed fish collagen,30mins before breakfast and 1 capsule before sleep....500mg lang per capsule ,so its only 1,500mg lang natake ko everyday and yet effective na saakin....lalo na sa skin ko,firm and hydrated,to think 1 week palang ako umiinom....maybe hiyang ako,,,

^sis mukhang hiyangan din talaga. okay naman sa ken yung Neocell from Lazada. i take 3 in the morning and for the rest of the day firm and supple na yung face ko.

sa sobrang ganda ng feeling ko with my face, i have missed 2 appointments na with my facial/diamond peel therapist kasi parang sayang na. so medyo nakatipid ako in that aspect haha.

Nagamit ko collagen tab was DHC collagen. Maganda effect and affordable pa.

which do you think is more effective, faster results? tablet or the one in powder form?

they say collagen in powder form is more effective. ako i tried both. mas effective yung powder kasi mataas din collagen content. yung tablet kasi na iniinom ko mababa lang collagen e. wala pa ko idea nun na may certain mg pala dapat ang itake para makita ang results. akala ko basta uminom ng collagen supplements magiging okay

Hahaha..kaloka ako mga sis..yung youtheory ko 1 tab once a day lang. Tama, 6tabs daily pala. Di kasi nagbabasa..my bad. :-D

^i think either neocell or youtheory naman is good. my best friend takes the youtheory and she thinks it works.

^ yes, powder form works best for instant/quick results. it is just super high maintenance because it will cost thrice as much ng mga tablets. i do think that tablets are effective kaya lang you should take them for the long run to see the effect.

personally, i still buy yung powdered collagen but i just reserve them for important days kasi maganda siya sa skin.

i agree. ako i stopped the powder kasi di kaya ng budget. pero may reserve ako para pwede ko uminom kapag may mga meet ups na kailangan puntahan. tumataba din kasi muka ko dito kapag everyday ko iniinom hehe. im thinking if inom pa ko ng tablet.

Nakita ko sa site ng cosmo na P1,500+ ang IVI collagen powder. If I am not mistaken, may nakikita yata akong IVI na brand sa Watsons. Then enough na one sachet per day kasi 5000mg naman content ng collagen.

Ilang sachets kaya yung P1,500? Can anybody share her experience pls?

That's for 15 days sis. P115 each if Im not mistaken kapag binili in retail so you get to save a little if you buy by box.

I take Youtheory and it's amazing. I've tried DHC before and they're comparable, Youtheory is cheaper though. $20 for 390 tabs at Costco.
