Hey sis! Welcome! Anyway, Cebu is blessed to have a ton of designers to choose from. Do you have a theme in mind? Or maybe a specific preference... like into tons of beadwork ka ba? Or do you like something hand-painted? Are you into tons of lace? You like the osmosis technique? Selection of the designer will depend on what concept you have in mind. So, post ka here what it is and we can help you somehow streamline the options

Chateau de Busay is a nice choice for a wedding reception, provided that it doesn't rain... if you want an Outdoor Set-up. Nonetheless, they have an indoor area, so I'd say go for it. Kinda far nga lang siya, but if may transpo arrangements naman, it should be fine. Usual highlights of those choosing this place --- can do firework display as part of the gimmick. Can also fly lanterns
As for Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral, love it. Location-wise, di ko na masyado iniisip na nasa busy bustling downtown area siya. Very pretty church. Among the few you can choose from na may aircon!!! Good luck!!!

^ Pleasure's all mine! And yes, hopefully, the weather cooperates (offer eggs --- works wonders all the time!). As for the food, I am not very well versed on how they get that arranged. Anyhow, among the best food caterers in Cebu is Creative Cuisine, so you may want to check them out. Red Carpet Catering is great as well

I like beadworks and laces super!! My budget is 50-60k.. Im so confused na who id choose for a designer hehe.. My wedding will be on May 5, 2015

Thank you sa info! So far I already booked Chateau De Busay, Cathedral and Carlo Abaquita for my coordinator. And my wedding dress, I think I like Barbie Alvez. She is so nice and very approachable, even we only chat through facebook it feels like we've been friends for a long time na! What do you think sis? hehe

^ Good choices! I am sure you can transform Chateau de Busay to be lovelier than it already is.
The Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral is very nice, too!
As for Carlo Abaquita - good choice! They're a very lively and well-organized bunch. Recently attended a family friend's wedding and it was wonderfully done. Very simple, but it was well-made. You will love their team sobra!

Barbie Alvez' work is nice
My personal favorites for great lace and beadwork are the following:

Chateau de Busay is so perfect for a rustic theme! And yes, Carlo's work were nice and unique too  But for the gown, I am so stressed na hehe! My personal choice is Mel Orlina but Manila is so far and its a hassle for fittings. Philipp Tampus is so expensive man yata

hope so sis! our main concern as of the moment is to be able to talk to Radisson Blu representative since we are planning to have our dress-up there.
