@bratty

Based sa sang nabasa kong blog, not a Pinoy author, fake yung mga binebenta on between P999-P1300 range. Makikita kasi dun sa type of box used.

Just watched this on TV. I think it's more on steaming than frying since there's no oil. It got interested kasi it's a healthier way to cook food. My friend has the Philkraft brand and naputol din yung rubber although me extra rubbers naman. The product is kinda heavy lang.

I think same lang lahat pag Happy Call, nagkakaiba lang sa size ng pan kaya may mas mahal. Nagkataon lang na mas mura sa iba kasi by bulk sila kumukuha sa supplier and intends to dispose immediately the stocks kaya medyo mababa.

Iyong nasa oshopping naman kasi, they need to pay for the airtime so kasama pa yon sa ipapatong sa price as compared sa mga nagpopost lang ng free ads online.

we have yung chefel. mabigat yung pan, so ang hirap mag-flip. so far, we used this for baked pasta, salmon and other kinds of fish, veggies and corn, pork and chicken, banana bread and pancakes.

if you'll use this for frying, no need to use oil. just place a spoon dun sa pinaka-handle, so partially naka open yung pan. eventually magb-brown din yung piniprito nyo.

once, for fried chicken, we cooked the chicken with lids closed muna. inside, the chicken was seasoned lang with salt and pepper, then nagsama kami ng tanglad sa loob habang niluluto yung manok. then for browning, use the technique above. parang lechon manok style. yun lang, di na namin dine-drain yung liquid (oil, etc) kasi ang bigat nung pang. nag-eevaporate din naman eventually yung liquid so yung mantika na lang ng chicken ang naiiwan. fried chicken na.

defeats lang the purpose na healthy cooking. hehe... you can drain naman the liquid. di ko lang ginagawa kasi mabigat nga yung pan. :)

ang fave ko using this is yung parang lechon manok.. whole chicken, marinate ko lang and lagyan ng spices inside then buo na ilagay sa pan :) healthy talaga.
