What to wear in a Year End Party?

Hello girls, Need your advice badly,

My company is going to have its Year End Party next week! The theme is REPUBLIQ!
Can you please suggest what to wear? I'm really having a problem since I'm size L-XL!
And I don't wanna show too much skin!
