They have gift cards. What's nice is that they're reloadable. And made of pvc plastic. It comes with a free card or envelope of your choice. Minimum of 300, multiples of 100.

I went back today open na lahat ng sections sa north.

Kaso lang I didn't end up buying clothes, wala akong nagustuhan. Only one circle scarf and 5-pack ng printed socks. Pag open ko sa bahay ng socks, 4 pairs lang laman!! no return policy pa naman sila sa socks.

Yung clothes ng kids, cute. But the quality ng clothes overall medyo disposable. You get what you pay for

I bought a dress two weeks ago na isusuot ko sana for a wedding. Unfortunately hindi na ko makaka attend so I went back to H&M SM Makati branch hoping for a refund. Kasi nasa receipt na within 30 days pwede ang refund/exchange. The girl from the counter told me na hindi sila nagcacash refund (I paid in cash) so instead she asked if I could just exchange the dress to a diff item. Told her na babalik na lang ako since I have to meet someone, wala ako time to look around.. Sabi nya she will ask their manager what to do, so ayun they just gave me a navy blue Merchandise Card which has the amount of the dress I bought (2290 php)..

Nabasa ko kasi na they do cash refund, I'm not sure kung sa iba ganun but in SM Makati they don't. They will just give you a Merchandise Card. So ngayon, wala pa ko sa mood but I'm looking into their jeans since yun lang naman kailangan ko. I find their tops too pricey kasi.

^hala, napakainconsistent naman nila sa return/exchange policy nila. Sabi sa kin before, they take pride in the fact na Swedish owned sila with no local licensee, so first store sila na may cash refund policy, sabay ganyan. They even said parang you can shop confidently kahit hindi mo isukat kasi pwede naman ireturn. Hay, kung ako sa yo hindi ako papayag na walang refund. Dapat mapakita nila in writing kung ano yung totoong policy nila kasi nagpapauso na lang per branch.

^Actually sis tinuro ko pa nga sa kanya kung bakit naglagay pa kayo ng note sa likod ng counter nyo about that refund policy. Sana naging specific sila na Merchandise Card ang ibibigay. Siguro kaya nya tinawag yung manager kasi nagtatanong na ko. Anyway, wala naman kaso sakin yun, pwede ko naman ipambili anytime. Siguro wala lang ako sa mood makipag argue.. Pero kung timing non na bitchesa mode ako baka kung ano pa nasabi ko hehe!

Kung nakalagay sa receipt dapat i honor nila. Kasi global naman policy ng H&M. Pwede refund, same manner kung pano mo binayaran, basta within 30 days.

Weird naman nun. Ako nakabalik na ako ng coat sa SM Mega branch, cash refund naman, no questions asked. Nakapaskil rin yung 'rule' na yun sa mga wall ng H&M so dapat alam nila yun?

Ang labo naman... It's always cash refund if paid in cash and then merchandise credit if debit or credit card. Altho mejo weird ang SM Makati branch because I was going to buy a robe but wasn't sure if I got the size right so I asked if pwede i-return (assumption ko di naman sya underwear so dapat pwede) and they said no daw. Weird.

Oh that's weird. I accompanied my sis 2 weeks ago to return a dress, too. In her case, she bought it sa SM Makati but got her cash refund in Megamall. Wala naman naging prob. Weird, anong special sa branch nila? hehe

went to H&M at rob magnolia last week.. super ok kasi hindi maraming tao (like their SM north branch na box office ang pila). since hindi ako mahilig sa mga winter wear like coats and jackets, i just checked out their basic tees. i was able to buy their LOGG plain black and white shirts. super satisfied sa texture ng tela (not too manipis, pero hindi rin ganun makapal) and yung fit sa katawan. for the fabric's texture and the way it fit me, i can say na sulit sya sa price (2 for 599). sana they would come up with other colors pa (i.e. gray and navy blue). looking forward to their summer collection.
