Affordable yung clothes nila. Was in their makati branch last sunday and the place was very crowded yet good customer service pa din.

Their return and exchange policy is the same worldwide, as long as you have the receipt and the items are in good condition, you can return it.

I hope the other retailers will soon follow.

I asked about this policy and was told this as well --  If you pay in cash, you'll get a refund in cash, but if you pay debit/credit you only get merchandise credit.

I agree! Lalo na pag kunwari we have to exchange an item tapos wala ng size or same product. We always end up getting something we don't like in lieu of it.

That's odd though, merchandise credit? In other countries, when you buy something using a debit/credit card, the money will be returned to your card.

^^yes you may exchange the merchandise you returned to a similar merchandise or to one with a higher price, but you will pay for the price difference.

Here in NL, if the item you bought is on sale then you get a merchandise credit when you return it but if it's on a regular price then you get your money back whether you paid it in cash or debit card. If you ordered it online naman, you can just pay the items that you will keep and send back those you want to return and pay 1 euro for the shipping.

Liit ng branch sa SM North. Meh. I like the one at Robinson's Magnolia better.

Masikip nga yung sa north. hopefully the hype dies down soon para naman lumuwang ng konti. Ang kupad pa naman ng employees sa counters. Line wasn't that long pero ang tagal pa rin ng pinila ko. I went on a saturday afternoon and sumakit ang ulo ko. I'll try going on a weekday morning hehe

true! Hindi nawawalan ng line even on weekdays and "dead hours." Di ko na gets honestly.  I haven't visited other H&M branches, super comfy na ako sa Mega but yun nga despite the 3 floors, may pila at pila sa fitting room and cashier counters. hahaha
